Welcome to luxurious and unforgettable stay! Vaulted ceilings and open space concept makes you feel the vacation mood just upon entering the home. Keep walking in a straight line and you have arrived at the heart of the home- modern pool with Spa side. Beautifully furnished and decorated by a professional designer this home features king size bed in the master bedroom; with its own private full bathroom and shower. The master bedroom also features a walk in closet and a flat screen smart TV, and of course direct access to the pool thru a double glass door to the lanai. The guest room has a queen size bed with beautiful sea motifs. Then we have the kids room which has 2 bunk beds, which can accommodate a total of 4 children. You will experience the well deserved relaxing vacation here. Pack your swim suits and come have fun in the sun!***Please note that the home is listed on MLS as For Sale and by Continuing with this booking you agree to allow the owner access to the property within the duration of your stay, to show it with an agent and a potential buyer for a 15 minute window if the need occurs. This was a wonderful home for two families to share. Plenty of space for lounging and eating. We loved the covered pool, everything was clean and there were pool toys to play with. We had some trouble keeping the hot tub warm, but the host was great with communication and was able to address this. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and spacious- plenty of room for the 6 of us with lots of storage. The bathrooms and the kitchen were lovely. The bathrooms were especially nice. Any upgrades that were done were very good quality. Loved that there were bikes we could use. Unfortunately, because it was a wedding weekend, we didn’t have time to use them but it’s a nice amenity to have. The pool area was great and the app to control the pool and spa temp and lights was very easy to use. Which leads me to the host, Silviya. I had a question about the app and she got back to me right away. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier.

Escaping the cold

Family of 4 (6 and 4 year olds) for a quick 4 night stay. Kids loved the heated salt water pool and spa. Wife appreciated the cleanliness of the property. I appreciated the well supplied kitchen (basic pantry) and beach accessories. Would recommend.

Very Pretty, Large shared space, hard to actually fit the amount of people advertised comfortably.

This house is so pretty. It does not set up for a very large group as it says unfortunately. We ended up having almost everyone cancel, so it put us at 3 people total. If we had the original 8 show up- it would have been an issue. It’s large, yet not large the way you envision it via the listing. One whole run is nothing but bunk beds -so unless you have a ton of kids only- it’s not practical. Great house, but for the money- we could have rented something that was a real three bedroom and felt like we had more space.Only two bathrooms as well so it doesn’t work if there is a larger group. The company was great to work with. The kitchen was below average in its stocking when it came to cooking or entertaining. All the glasses have cracks in the bottom of them - so they can’t be used. Could use some updating there. Change pool temp as soon as you arrive- it takes a good long while to heat. Ascetically pleasing, just not that functional.

Mother's Day Weekend

Wow what a property! Everything we could possibly need was available. The pictures are exactly what you see. This property is clean, spacious, organized, very close to beach, pool is large, and they even have everything you may need for the beach including toys. The bunk room has trundle beds which can accomodate 6 people. All the appliances are new. Host is readily available when needed. I wish we would have booked extra days. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing getaway.

Great house, fully remodeled and incredible well equipped. I really appreciated some of the small stuff like extra plastic bags and ziplock bags which are incredible useful in a short term rental. The house itself was impecable and the location excellent, just a few minute to Vanderbilt beach and lots of restaurants around.

Great stay at The 96!

We had to book this stay extremely last minute due to a different host cancelling our VRBO. That being said, Silviya was incredibly responsive and helpful when booking her property. She responded to messages immediately and made sure things were taken care of at the house. The house was in great condition and just the right size for my group. We will definitely stay at her property again.

Wonderful stay with family

This home was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Amazing location, near beaches and shopping. Home was pristinely clean. Property is brand new and looked like it was never used. Host was excellent with communication and responded to all my questions immediately. A wonderful experience and would definitely book again!
