The home is not brand new but is nice. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, large master suite, fully furnished with new/newer furniture and brand new mattresses.

The space
We pride ourselves in offering you a clean house with exceptionally clean linens and towels.
We have great neighbors so we do have quiet hours from 9am-10pm where no loud noise or music can be made.
Guest access
The entire property. We have a fenced in back yard, huge screened in lanai with outdoor furniture, a new driveway and a clean home styled and ready for our guests with clean linens, beds and toiletries to get your stay started. We also have a nice sized washer and dryer for you to use as well. No more than 7 people eligible to stay at the property at any time.
If staying over 7 days, extra linens will be provided but toiletries, soaps, etc after the initial ones provided will be the responsibility of the guests.
Pets are welcome with approval . It is a $200/pet fee per stay.
Other things to note
The home is nice and the furniture is like new, mattresses are brand new! This is the price due to some some small cosmetic things with the house. We are currently working on fixing the little things at the house but if you’re looking for this price and for the house to be perfect this is not the house. It’s nice but if you’re looking for something absolutely perfect you should rent at the Ritz :) We pride ourselves on giving you a clean home to enjoy and have great reviews and we know you’ll enjoy it and are close by if there are any issues.
