Unwind at this stunning brand new coastal contemporary style home. The home was build with 6 comfortable bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 10-14 foot ceilings inlaid with multiple pot lights and a heated pool. 4 out of 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Our vacation home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Naples Park. It is only a mile from Vanderbilt Beach. It is 5 mins drive to Mercato Mall with its luxury movie theater, Blue Martini nightclub, and many high-end shops, pubs, and restaurants.

The house was perfect in all ways possible! Beautiful on the inside and out! Clean, stocked up on the essentials, and exactly as presented on vrbo! Definitely would stay again! Heated pool was perfect to slow roll the mornings in or at night to relax with the evening sky! Host was very nice! The codes and house information was timely provided and easily to access.

Had a leak in a faucet, and was repaired within hours. It was apparent that the house was built for rental, and it worked well for use. Location was great.

Overall we had a nice stay. Improvements could be made as far as what is available in the kitchen. We were disappointed to have a cold pool for the first half of our stay, and felt the hosts responses were vague. Eventually one of the guests was able to figure out how to reset the clock on the pool heater to the correct time which allowed the heater to turn on. This should have been something that was ready to go when we checked in. The location is very nice for a variety of activities.

The host was great - very responsive. Overall the set up worked great for our family. Couple of things that need addressed: the toilets didn’t work great (we kept having to fix them), water pressure was low, and we would have loved the option to heat the pool (even for a fee). Other than that, it really was a great place with everyone having a comfortable bed and plenty of room to hang out.

Nice house !

We were very comfortable in the house, the ac worked nicely, it was a great stay in Naples. Nice neighborhood very short driving distance to the beachThe only challenge that needed attention is not having outlets by the kitchen counter counter but we managed with a stool at the end of it. Thank you for letting us stay in your home:)

Naples vacay

The property is literally just minutes from Vanderbilt beach and conveniently located to/from commercial district for shopping, etc. Our family truly enjoyed our week that we stayed at the property and would highly recommend to others. In short, we were very pleased and would repeat in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay in hood location

The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The front landscaping requires attention to compliment the house. In the pool area you will find gnats. Make sure to go prepared with can of bug spray, after all we live in Florida. The property manager, Roman, was very attentive to our needs. Our group enjoyed the beautiful property, we will be back if available. Thank you again.

Great spot for a bachelorette gathering

This large home was great for the group of 15 friends staying for a long weekend. The location was great, the pool was a hit, the kitchen was well appointed and there were enough beds and baths for all. The host was very responsive, we had an issue with the toilets and they sent a plumber quickly. They also allowed us to check in early and leave a day earlier than planned, so we’re flexible. My only minor suggestion is to stock more towels, for a house with a pool you would expect pool towels in addition to bath towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual Naples Trip

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this property. It is perfect for our group. Everyone has their own bedroom and the kitchen and common areas are perfect. WE will be back again!

Something for everyone

We had an age range of 2-60yrs, and the house was a good fit for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach. The adults enjoyed the night life at Mercato.

Good Location, Finishing Details Lacking

Overall a good place to stay, but some small issues that stop it from being a place we'd visit again. The fit & finish of some of the rooms are obviously incomplete (single coat of paint, shower fixtures falling off or poorly installed). That being said, the pool area is lovely, and if you're not planning on spending a ton of time at the house or most of it outside, it'll likely be a fit for your needs.

Family wedding

We came to Naples for a family wedding so there were 12 of us in the house. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom and that was much appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped and the 2 refrigerators let us use 1 for drinks The children really enjoyed the pool. The heater wasn't working the first day but the pool company came out quickly and got it up and running. The beach is a short drive and there are 6 beach chairs available. We had a great time at this property.

Private, quiet retreat with room for work or plahy

A perfect spot for our team. The bedrooms and baths were just right and spotless. Pool was a bit chilly, but it is February! Property. manager was johnny-on-the-spot when we needed something. Not fancy but very comfortable, including bedding and black-out drapes. Safe neighborhood to walk with Trader Joe's across the street. We will plan to check the listing again next year.

Very Spacious, but not well maintained

The property was a perfect size and configuration for our large group. The pool area was nice and the kitchen had a good supply of pots and pans, etc. It is clear the owner/manager does not visit the property, as much of it is in need of attention. Dishwasher isn’t screwed into place, so it falls forward out of its opening every time you open it to load or unload. Towel bars bolted into two-by-fours and still falling down. Cheap tension rods for shower curtains that fall down. wWhy not just screw in real shower curtain rods? Listing accurately tells you they only supply bath towels and no pool or beach towels. They provide only one towel per person and they are all mismatched/ratty. These are simple inexpensive fixes, that the owner just won’t attend to. One of our beds had bugs in it and so we had to strips the beds and wash all the comforters and sheets in hot water and he refused to even provide additional laundry detergent. Would not return to the property.
