We had a great trip to Naples. The house was great and the location was perfect. Close to everything - grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and multiple beaches. We loved the pool and hot tub. House was well stocked. Rooms were comfortable. Jennifer (property manager) made everything super easy. 100% recommend!

The house was very nice and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the open layout. The location was good- we walked in the neighborhood every day and we were very close to shops. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed the beach chairs provided. The toilet in the hall bath made a terrible sound after you flushed it. We brought it to the attention of the property manager and it took her several days to get someone to fix it. There were a lot of bugs in the pool when we arrived and the chemicals were extremely strong to the point of irritating our skin. We could have used more bowls and dishes. .Overall, we really enjoyed the property.

Perfect FL Vacation Home

We rented the property for spring break. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 young girls. The home is very clean and up to date. The patio and pool area was our absolute favorite and we spent a lot of time relaxing outdoors. The area is great…lots of shopping and dining options very close. Not far from downtown Naples. The beach is super easy to get to and only about 6-7 min away. The property manager is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and would highly recommend this rental!

Such a great home!!!

My husband and I spent a week here and the house was so nice! It was very clean and spacious! The pool was amazing, it was very easy to relax here! Close to most places and communication was easy! I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous accommodations for a get together with four women for annual girls weekend. Beautiful clean property, pool and spa. Great location and amenities for beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful rental for family in Naples

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and rental was great for us. I gave it 5 stars but unfortunately renters do not take great care of thing properly and some updated items needed. Truly did not interfere with our enjoyment of the property and the listing agent was very helpful.

Only 3 bathrooms

Outside area with pool was fantastic. House was very clean. However, property is listed as 4 bathrooms and has only 3! We chose this property so that each couple could have their own bathroom. 4 people in our party were inconvenienced for a week having to share one bathroom. Upon arrival, I let the property manager Jennifer know that there were only 3 bathrooms, but received no response,and the listing still shows 4 bathrooms a month later. We would not have booked this property if we knew it only had 3 bathrooms instead of the listed 4. We paid for a feature the home did not have. This listing needs to be corrected so that other people are not duped like we were.

Family get together

The property was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The location is conveniently located close to restaurants, stores and the beach. It's not on the beach, but it take 5 mins. to get there and there is free parking if it's not full. I would go back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

North Naples

Very clean and spacious. Larger than it looks from outside. Great pool and patio area. Nice rooms and great showers. It was a cool and windy week at the beach but this house was far enough away that the house acted as a windbreak. Therefore,the patio and pool deck were warm and sunny.
