Always a great stay at Selkirk Flat. Quiet, secluded, cozy. Perfect for a winter weekend getaway in front of the wood stove or as a launch pad to all the local activities in the area. I can't recommend this spot enough!

Perfect quiet getaway

My third time staying at The Selkirk Flat, and it never disappoints. Clean, cozy and comfortable for a solo trip or couples weekend with lots to do outdoors in the area. They've really nailed the home away from home feel and I recommend this spot to everyone looking for a long weekend away.

Selkirk Flat Rocks!

A teacher on spring break, I took my dog along with me for a ski vacation at Schweitzer and found the perfect place to stay! The location is gorgeous, the hosts are wonderful, and the cabin is perfect in every way. Never before have I stayed in one location for 8 nights, and I don't think I could have chosen a better place to do it!

Relaxing stay

Janice and Brad have created a wonderful cabin where we felt at home right away. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the space made for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location was great as we were able to easily take day trips into Canada and Sandpoint, and also sit back in front of the wood stove and watch the amazing fall colors outside.
