¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! La casa ha sido recientemente renovada por dentro y por fuera, muy limpia y cómoda, a poca distancia de la playa de Vanderbilt.
Puede relajarse en la piscina climatizada con parrilla junto a la piscina. Dormitorio principal con baño privado y vestidor. Segundo dormitorio con cama matrimonial y closet, tercer dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito nuevas, grifería nueva y 4 sillas junto a la encimera. Pantalla cerrada de lanai, también incluye mesa al aire libre y asientos para 8 personas, patio trasero está cercado. Incluye un garaje para 1 automóvil. Internet y WIFI disponibles. Cada habitación tiene un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana instalado. Relájese viendo la televisión en el nuevo sofá seccional de la sala de estar. Para su comodidad se incluyen sábanas, toallas, 3 bicicletas, parrilla de barbacoa, 5 sillas de playa, toallas de playa, pelotas de juego, 2 nevera / refrigerador, dispositivos flotantes.

Perfect Relaxing place

This is a cozy, beautiful place close to the beach. Great local restaurants within 5- 10 minutes. The place was perfect, pool and patio were enjoyable and where we spent most of our time. The air conditioner works great home was nice and cool. The house had all the comforts of home. Beds were extremely comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here — it was even better than we expected!The house has everything you could possibly need: kitchen stuff, beach gear, pool toys — even a life vest for kids! As a mom, I really appreciated those thoughtful touches.Everything is super clean, the furniture and renovations are all new, and it just feels really cozy and welcoming.The beach is only a 3-minute drive away, which was perfect for us.We’re definitely coming back next year!

Nice vacation home

Great vacation rental! Very, very clean and everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable, the house nicely decorated and the pool area was great! Would not hesitate to rent this place again. Very happy with our stay.

Great stay at this nicely remodeled home. Everything was bright and clean. New everything. Kitchen had everything we looked for. Comfortable beds, if a little on the small side. Great pool and lounging area. Walked to Joe’s Diner for excellent breakfast and to Turtle Club for beachside lunch. Hope to come back.

Lovely home, exactly as it appears in the photos. Well stocked with every beach, pool, and kitchen accessory imaginable. The pool was the perfect temperature. Convenient location near stores, restaurants and beaches. Very enjoyable stay.

Naples Park Star

Everthing on the listing and more, we have stayed in Naples many times and this is the best property we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a great vacation near the beaches, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys for younger ones. The villa has everything you need for your stay. Its situated near beaches and lots of shopr, restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon, thankyou Eduardo.

Exploring the beach

We are interested in the area and wanted a place close to the beach…this property was perfect for our family and we loved the proximity to Vanderbilt beach and Mercato. Would highly recommend this property for those that need three bedrooms.

Wonderful home close to beach with pool

Everything about this place makes us want to come back. Clean. Decorated well. Pool and pool toys. Close to beach. The only downside was it would be nice to have a king bed in master sweet.

Amazing Naples Home Base

Me and my 5 cousins stayed here during our trip in Naples. Eduardo was an amazing host and dropped us off a wireless speaker for the beach. The house was in stunning condition both aesthetically and cleanliness wise. Publix, Mercato, Vanderbilt beach and Starbucks are all 5 mins away. The pool was always heated and great to have during the night. I recommend Baleen for beachfront dinner and Campiellos for authentic italian. 239 in Mercado for brunch. We are all in our mid 20’s so Cavo and Blue Martini for night life. The house was in distance to all of these places. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eduardo.

Quick Anniversary Get Away

Everything about this house and location was perfect. So many details were thought out and communicated to make this a great place to stay. It was just two of us for this stay but there was plenty of room for our whole family. The location was minutes from the beach, restaurants and stores. The safe feeling and quiet neighborhood was also a great perk! Great place to stay.

We were spoiled for six days and did not want to go home. It is a well-stocked house: toilet paper, laundry soap, beach chairs, coolers, pots and pans. Southern exposure pool with privacy fence was wonderful! Looked like it recently went through a major renovation and all the furnishings inside are new.

Beautifully appointed home!

This was our first experience staying in a private residence rather than a high end hotel. Sea Breeze is paradise! It is meticulously addressed! Beautifully furnished, immaculately clean. The host is responsive and professional. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay is available, the kitchen is equipped with all items one could ask for, and more! It is obvious that Eddie the host has put a lot of effort in making certain his guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pool and surrounding area is so tranquil. We will return again soon!!

Spring Break 2024

We LOVED this house and location! Close to Vanderbilt Beach! My kids loved the pool the most at this house. The house is very clean and beautiful! We would def recommend and stay here again. Thank you for a great experience. We’ll be back one day!

Pretty nice, but not totally accurate

Beautiful place. Everything is brand new. Had most everything you would think about in a house (tons of towels, kitchen tools and appliances). However, the reason we picked the place over others was a heated pool without extra cost. The reality is that it just wasn’t heated. Called our host. It is true the heat is set at 88 degrees, it’s just only on a few hours a day and never actually heats the pool. Would have paid a heating bill to stay somewhere else and have a warmer pool.

Wonderful Villa

Totally remodelled Villa in Naples Park. Everything in the villa is new and spotlessly clean. Very good taste to all the furniture and decor. There was nothing we could have wanted any more in the Villa. Felt homely, and we really enjoyed staying there, and next time we are in Naples, this will definitely be are choice to stay. Great pool, bikes to use, and the plenty of cleaning products, more than any other place we have ever stayed in. Thank you Eduardo DeSousa.

Great spot near beach with pool

Very accommodating host, very nice property. Very close to beach and with nice pool area. Enjoyed my stay and even extended it. Convenient area of Naples to be in for vacation without a lot of hoopla. Safe, quiet, and near everything without being in the middle of it.
