Escape from the everyday to your own paradise. Lounge by the inground heated pool and enjoy a family barbeque or watch the sunset on the beach. Kid and pet friendly.

The house is located only about a mile from Vanderbilt Beach. Many casual and upscale eating establishments and shops are close by: The Mercato, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and more! There are 20+ golf courses within 10 miles of the house. There are 4 bikes for use at the property.

The kitchen / living room area opens to a spacious covered outdoor patio and large fully fenced backyard with a private heated pool to welcome family and friends. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with two additional cots to accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests.

We have everything you need to enjoy a short getaway or a family vacation. Bring your bathing suit, sunscreen, and a smile while you relax in luxury and make some memories.

Excelente lugar.

Excelente casa, la piscina deliciosa, la cocina muy bien equipada, el aire enfría Perfecto. Lo único es que la playa más cercana queda a 5 min pero en carro no caminando como me había dicho el antiguo dueño, la sra GIna actual dueña muy atenta inclusive la parrillera no tenia gas, se lo notifique y en menos de 30 minutos ya nos la llevaron. Todo muy bien la verdad.

We have rented in Naples Park many times and the location can’t be beat! Close to the beach, groceries, restaurants, and great shopping. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and garage full of pool floats, chairs and bikes. This is a great rental for family with young children as there is a playpen, high chair and beach toys. The home is nicely decorated but we did find some of the furniture needs updating and cleanliness could improve. Overall a great stay and we consider renting again. Thanks!

This was a perfect location, close to the beach, bikes were a plus. We took a nice bike ride to the beach. Neighborhood nice to walk or ride around with family. Close to food, stores and beach. House was spacious, showers were spacious, having the luxury of home on vacation was really nice. The private pool fenced in back yard made for a nice pool day while we were there.

This is such a great property! Location is convenient - easy on / off US41. The house is super comfortable and appointed with everything you need. And the pool!!! It’s gorgeous. The garage is stocked with several floaties to make it even more enjoyable. And it’s full sun all afternoon - great tanning! Can’t wait to come back!

GREAT space! If you're a regular to Vrbo's this place has it down! They know what they are doing! The little things add up to make the stay amazing! Fans in every bedroom and the living room, extra pillows & blankets! The small things you do not have to run to the store for the minute you check in (salt & pepper, cooking spray, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, toilet paper)! They had beach chairs, coolers, pool toys so many extra things making this place over a 5 star! The location is great, quiet neighborhood (friendly neighbors), a few minutes from a public beach and tons of restaurants/stores! Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful and welcoming home and Host.

Having lived in the area for many years, I was very familiar with the neighborhood and area. Beautiful home and area with everything at your fingertips. The home was immaculate and absolutely perfect with comfortable beds, cable TV in each room, big, beautiful, showers, beautiful and convenient kitchen, and a very relaxing and private pool with a nice private, fenced in backyard. The neighbors don’t bother you, which was a huge plus for me. The beach, stores, and shopping are hop, skip, and jump away. The Host is very accommodating, friendly, helpful, pleasant, and professional. They provide you with everything you need as well as everything you need to know regarding the rules, procedures, trash, and recycling pick up. I don’t have one complaint and can’t wait to stay there again.

Great place.

This place has everything you need. Quiet good neighborhood. Quick drive to Vanderbilt Beach. Even though this house is not your modern type I was amazed of everything that’s included inside the house. I’ve done modern houses before and barely anything in the house for guests. This detail alone is highly important and I highly recommend this place. Host is quick to respond. Thank you for everything. House was very comfortable for all of us.

Beautiful pool house

Absolutely beautiful house in Naples Park. Everything is exactly how it's listed including pictures. It's literally a home a way from home. My family was so comfortable for our week stay! Can bike to the beach or just a short drive to the parking garage. Eugene is extremely attentive and makes sure everything is perfect! Best line of communication I've ever had at a vacation home! The pool is FANTASTIC as well

Wonderful Oasis

This house was our home away from home. It had everything we needed to have a perfect vacation. We all enjoyed the pool everyday. The location was quiet and private and yet close to shopping, the beach and excellent dining.

Family vacation

Eugene’s home was absolutely perfect! The pictures shown are exactly how his home looked. We were even given an earlier check in because we were driving from KY with our dog. The house was stocked with everything we needed; we only needed to grab groceries! The covered porch and pool were amazing! The distance to the beach is close, which we loved. There were plenty of towels, beach equipment, and pool equipment. The beds were comfortable! Eugene was quick to respond when I had questions! I can’t think of a single thing that could be improved. I will definitely be coming back.

Good location but needs to be updated and revived!

Good location close to most things of interest. The pool was good and all the recreational gear and outdoor furniture was ok. Kitchen was nice all appliances worked. Washer and dryer were nice. Glasses and teflon pans provided were nasty. Bathrooms worked but need updated and painted. Bed in master bedroom the mattress was worn out. All other bedrooms the mattresses looked concave. Interior decor in need of revival except kitchen cabinets. I would not rent again.

Great vacation home

Our stay was fantastic! The location is at a great spot, just a 2 minute drive to the beach. You have lots of activities for the family, the home even includes bikes for your convenience. The pool and space outside is perfect, we really enjoyed ourselves. The check in process was seamless, and we had no problem getting into contact. We actually didn’t even need to, seeing as all the questions you may have can be found on the welcome packet that is sent. Would definitely love to stay again when we are back in the area.

Perfect getaway spot!

My family greatly enjoyed our stay in N. Naples! The house was clean, fully equipped, and perfectly located. While the house provided easy access to 2 separate, beautiful beach locations (the state park & public beach), my kids preferred tanning & swimming in the private backyard pool. The open lanai was perfect for outdoor meals & family games. Local dining & shopping was just a short drive away. Thank you for providing a comfy home away from home!

Thanksgiving vacation

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting family in Naples for the holiday. The house had plenty of space for two families of 4 to enjoy. The pool and backyard space are fantastic. I highly recommend this property.
