Vanderbilt Beach in North Naples! RARELY AVAILABLE Terrace level unit in the resort style and GATED community - REGATTA. A short walk to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and the inviting waters of the Gulf of Mexico and tranquil sunsets! WELL maintained 3 bedroom, three full bathroom spacious condo at OVER 1,700 square feet. The outdoor living experience includes a screened in lanai AND an expansive open terrace (almost 500 feet) overlooking one of the two community pools. This PRIVATE terrace has a staircase that leads down to one of the pools and poolside grilling area. Regatta offers upscale amenities that include: 55 floating docks, a RESORT style pool that features a beautiful waterfall surrounded by lush palm trees, a lap pool, hot tub, cold spa, an exercise and weight room, clubhouse with a full kitchen, a grill station and more. The Regatta is located just a few blocks from the white sugary sand on the FAMOUS Vanderbilt Beach (just a short WALK). You are also just a few minutes from the FAMOUS shopping and dining at the Mercato as well the AMAZING performances and shows that take place at Artis-Naples, shopping and dining at The Pavilion. Enjoy the relaxing lifestyle here at the Regatta - you deserve it!!!

The refund policy is as follows:

1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival

Please note this property requires a minimum 30 day rental. Owner will also consider 3-6 month or annual rentals. Application required and approval by Regatta HOA. Lessee will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD $500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.

Great location!!

Very nice property and condo. Main Pool was great!! Pool in our building was nice and convenient. Back patio was nice and has steps down to the pool. TV went out during our stay but they had a brand new one there the next day. Place was clean and comfortable.
