A problem checking in and checking out,but the place is great. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots,pans,utensils,salt pepper. You are all set for a long stay. The shower is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

The studio worked great for us. It was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, pillows, blankets, beach chairs, cooler especially for a studio.I wasn’t sure if we could use the bikes on the property or if those were for the main house. Frank was very responsive so I could have asked but didn’t. We had a great week. Thank you!

January 2024 North Naples Vacation

The place was great. Close to everything, clean and comfortable. We rode the bikes to the beach that were included on the property. We walked the neighborhood everyday. Very nice relaxing stay!

Peaceful anniversary getaway

There are so many great things to say about Franks property. It Is in a fantastic and safe location that was in close proximity to the beach, dining, entertainment and the Mercato shops. The property is equipped with everything you would need, it was extremely clean and beautifully decorated/furnished. Frank is an amazing host, very friendly, responsive and willing to help with anything. Already looking forward to visiting Naples again and staying at Franks property.

Solitary weekend

I was looking for a studio for a solitary weekend. Perfect place and near the beach not on the best street in Naples park as that neighborhood is hit or miss. I know the neighborhood so I was comfortable. The place was well kept and had great lighting which I needed for the weekend. There was a lot of spiders in there and spider webs that I walked through. Once I brush them out I was fine. The cable was intermittent so I had to keep turning it on and off. Bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. Just what I needed.

Nice, clean and as advertised

This is a small but nice efficiency apartment in a quite neighborhood. There was an osprey in the tree across the street a few days. It’s about a fifteen minute walk to Vanderbilt beach and a short drive to a state park which has nice beaches and kayak and canoe rentals. The only sink was in the kitchen so that some getting used to. Very good value for being in Naples.
