  • At Park Shore Resort, you will find yourself enveloped in a world of comfort and leisure. The resort’s heated pool is a tranquil oasis, inviting you to unwind in its warm embrace. For those who seek activity, the tennis, racquet ball, and pickleball courts await your competitive spirit. Fitness enthusiasts can maintain their regimen in the gym, while the lakefront walking paths offer a peaceful retreat for contemplative strolls. The Spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, Living room with 65” TV, a magnificent Lanai with magical views.

    Dining at the resort is a delight with Hogfish Harry’s Restaurant & Bar providing a range of savory dishes right at your doorstep. If you prefer to dine under the open sky, the outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The picnic area, gazebo, and sundeck are idyllic settings for soaking up the Florida sun, completing the picture of a resort that is designed for both relaxation and adventure.

    The apartment has incredible views from wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment is furnished with lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. This unit is one flight up. (and there is no elevator)

    ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH. This unit is in the beautiful and famed Park Shore Resort in Naples.
    The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks from Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South, and the most cherished 3rd Street South.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. So many amenities, the property was extremely clean and there’s tons to do. The pool is fantastic. Our host immediately answers any and all questions. This was our third time with our host’s property and I’ve always been extremely pleased. We’ll be back, that’s for sure.

Park Shore revisited

The location was close to pool and restaurant, which is very nice. Plenty of space for 2 people, giving us each our own bathroom. We had some questions and Elliot was very helpful in working with us, and he is a great host.

Very Comfy and great location!

Thank you to Elliot for being an excellent host. We were very comfortable and loved our location. Elliot’s place had plenty of amenities with a great view of water where we enjoyed watching birds. We will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our time here. If the beaches were not so nice and close we probably would not have left the resort at all. Everything in the resort was nicely maintained. Note that there was construction going on near the lobby, but we were far enough away where it was a non-issue.

MY PARK SHORE NAPLES EXPERIENCE

Park Shore has wonderful condos in the center of Naples which is a convenient location along with the ambiance of the Park Shore experience with the restaurant on the grounds, walking paths, swimming pool, and a nice tropical setting with the water falls along with just being there.

Fantastic property for a get away

Great location and just big enough for our small family. Close to all that Naples has to offer. Clean and well cared for. Elliot was very available and went above and beyond. Hope we can go again sometime soon.
