  • Vacation in a tropical paradise, resort-style gated community of Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club! The resort features a premier 27 hole Lewis-Azinger championship golf course, 6 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, bocce, zero-entry resort pool with waterfall and a lap lane that has several firepits around the pool and view of aqua driving range, activities director, full-service gorgeous Cabana bar and grill by the pool with live entertainment weekly, fine indoor/outdoor dining at the beautifully renovated clubhouse (GREAT FOOD at both restaurants), state of the art fitness center & spa offering exercise classes, and pro shop. If you prefer a quieter setting, there is a satellite pool just across the street from the condo. There is so much to do inside the resort, but the great location is just 25 minutes to Gulf of Mexico beautiful beaches, SW Florida airport, and downtown Naples, with many restaurants and shopping located close by. Your accommodation is a Luxury condo, approx .1232 sq. ft., 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and with its top quality furnishings is the very best one you will stay in at the resort. The condo has a bright open layout located on the 3rd floor (elevator access) and has a panoramic view of the golf course, water, and nature preserve. You will love the VIEW and peacefulness of sunsets from your screened in lanai. It has a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, formal dining table, breakfast dining table, lanai dining, 3 cable tv’s and Internet, a king bed in the primary bedroom and a king bed in the guest bedroom, a shower in the primary bathroom and a shower over tub in the guest bathroom, and the most comfortable suede leather reclining couches in the living room. Both bedrooms have new luxury vinyl flooring and tile is throughout the rest of the condo. Just pack your clothes, toothbrush, and golf clubs. You will be able to store you suitcases, golf clubs, and bikes (if you bring them) in our storage closet and park your car in the covered carport directly below the condo. All the wonderful resort amenities are yours during your stay for a fee of *$500 DURING THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY. Minimum rental period is 30 days (excluding February). HOA needs approx. 30 days to approve application, so please complete the paperwork as soon as reservation is booked. The condo was nicely appointed, the hosts were responsive and the view of the golf course added to the pleasant experience! Assigned covered parking, an elevator and a storage room were great added features.

Wonderful location instructions from owner very clear and easy to follow. It was well stocked with everything needed to cook and live as your own home. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, urgent care!! The pool areas were great. There are a couple of chairs and an umbrella to use for the beach. The restaurant good was very good and there are many activities going on for entertainment. Loved the 27 holes of golf. And fitness center has it all. Pickleball, tennis and bocci is popular. I would have booked again for the following year but it was already taken.

Great Neighborhood

This was our first winter in FL. We enjoyed the beauty of the neighborhood, 27 holes of golf, & dining facilities. Everyone we met was very nice. The condo was comfortable, clean & a convenient location to the satellite pool. The hosts were very responsive through the entire process.

Wonderful stay

The condo was very comfortable (beds/couches) and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool and the restaurants at the clubhouse. Deb was very responsive to any of our questions and even had a friendly neighbor with a ladder help us change some lightbulbs. It was the best VRBO property we have stayed in.

Wonderful comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul and Deb’s place. Very clean upon arrival and stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay. Decorated nicely and very comfortable. Great views from the lanai. Communication with Deb was easy and she was very organized for check in and other details we would need for our stay. We have stayed at quite a few different rentals and this was definitely one of the best. We hope to come back.

January in Naples🏝️

To enjoy the warmth of January, Naples is the key. To enjoy Naples, this condo is the key to a great view of the 15th hole at Heritage Bay while seeing tons of wildlife that includes turkeys, deer, Bald Eagles, alligators and birds of all sizes and colors. The owners have provided a modern arrangement of furniture and were fantastic to work with. Before looking elsewhere, you need to consider this property. The special inside lighting was fantastic with lots of walking and biking opportunities.

Wonderful

Had a wonderful stay at our condo in Heritage Bay community. The accommodations were great. The host provided a very homey environment. The community at Heritage Bay is wonderful. They are very inclusive. Both the cabana and the grill provided great food at a reasonable price. Although I don’t play golf, the opportunities seemed endless. The communication with our host could not have been better. She provided a home with everything that I could possibly have wanted. Everything that I needed for cooking was there. Any small issues that I had were quickly remedied as the host was quick to respond. Although the home is not available for next year at the same time, I will be staying in the Heritage Bay community. All in all a great stay.

Another wonderful stay at Heritage Bay Country Club. Deb was an amazing host and so easy to work with. Very prompt with responses before and during our stay. The condo was bright and beautiful with everything we needed. Heritage Bay is a wonderful community filled with top notch amenities. We will be back.

Perfect Stay at Heritage Bay

Wonderful month at a beautiful condo. The place was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and easy access to all Heritage Bay has to offer. Deb, the owner was wonderful to deal with. She checked in regularly and couldn't be more welcoming. Looking forward to next year.
