Good home with lots of space, ideal for a big family. Everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The house could use some updates. The front and back yard needed work, wasn’t cared for at all, water pressure wasn’t good. Apart from that we had a very nice stay.

Naples get-away

We had a great stay at Copper Leaf! House was everything and that much more for what you could want for your family to stay at while out of town. Owners were great to communicate with and very pleasant services provided by them. House was impeccably clean and the pool was clear and gorgeous to go in. 10/10 would recommend to stay here! Definitely would stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this Naples, Florida rental! The home was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well kept and clearly maintained with care, which made the whole experience even more comfortable.One thing that truly stood out was the level of service. I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the host went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned to me. That kind of attention and honesty is rare and so appreciated.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place in Naples. Five stars all the way!

Great place for large group

We had a guys golf trip and this placed worked out great. Location was central to all of the Naples attractions. With 6 beds and 3 showers, it was a good fit. We were able to cook, grill and eat with plenty of space. The pool was key to lounge at after golf as well.

Minutes from Paradise Sports complex, dead end road, quiet safe neighborhood,very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of space 4 friends and we all had our own space if we wanted it- Pool house with 2 bedrooms and own bathroom - pool was great

Beyond Blessed

Our family of 3 generations thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable and spacious home for a quick 4 nights vacation. It was a pleasure communicating with Gina, our contact person. The owners also kindly reached out to us during our stay. All the amenities met our needs for our busy, adventurous family. We're beyond blessed with cherished memories at this lovely Naples home with its backyard oasis and pool.

Stay was nice. Pool needed to be a little cleaner. And probably should spray for bugs. A lot of bugs in the home Overall nice stay.

Peaceful

We traveled to Fl. For my son’s football championship. The property manager made sure we had everything we needed for week. The pool was very nice the kids enjoyed it. The place is well kept and near shops and restaurants. We were only about about 10 minutes away from where he played football in Naples which was a major plus for us. After the games going back to the house and getting the pool was everything. We felt like we were at home in very peaceful area.

The space and layout of the house was great for our family get away. There were many extras that were appreciated ...beach accessories, pool toys, etc. However, there were some basics missing...scissors, tape, kitchen towels. Communication was efficient and kind. The place needs some TLC and updates. We did have issues with ants and cockroaches. The locks weren't working on the pool room and the lock box is outdated for safety. The pool was not very clean...lots of dirt stirred up when we swam in it. I would describe the place as adequate, not amazing.

Lovely space/ nice pool

We enjoyed our family vacation to Naples. Communication with host was good. They were kind enough to provide a crib for us as well during the stay when we asked. The home does need some updates but it was clean. We advised owner on some items that needs attention as far as stocking the home appropriately for a vacation home of its caliber. This home is recently listed for rent and with some added touches soon coming, it will be awesome. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood about 15 min from the beach. Close to I-75 so it is nice for proximity to things.

Soccer Tourney Trip

The space was great for our 3 family group. Enough space for everyone to have a quiet spot. The pool area could use a good cleaning. The grill needs to be replaced, fire hazard. The freezer would leak water from the inside onto the floor, had to keep a towel underneath. There was a septic issue that was resolved as fast as the owner could get someone out there.

Wow! Very lovely place!

This rental was not intended. Our previous rental was unsafe for my special needs son. So for only 3 of us, this was a lot of house. However, it is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of great things in the area. The house was very clean and welcoming. It felt like home away from home. The pool was very nice! We were excited to FaceTime the rest of our family back home to show them how incredible it was, so when we all come back we can rent this place again! I would highly recommend. Being closer to the beach would be nice, however it is worth staying here.

Awesome experience!

My family had a great time at this property! We would definitely stay again. It was quick and easy to text the property manager with any questions or concerns. The kitchen was equipped with enough supplies to make food, so we didn't have to go out to eat all the time. There's no cable TV, but with the smart TV you can log into your own account and watch shows that way. Most of the games are missing pieces, but you can still play them (such as Monopoly). The pool is in the center of the main house and pool house. It's mostly shaded, so the water stays pretty cool. It was in the low 80s when we stayed in Nov and the water was 66°. The kids didn't mind, and it was refreshing after a day in the sun.The 2 queen beds in the pool house were nice so no one had to share a room.This is a great place to stay while visiting Naples!
