Welcome to our snowbird sanctuary located in beautiful Greenlinks Golf Resort Naples, Florida. This spacious 2nd floor unit boasts 2 bedrooms plus a den featuring 1 king bed, full bath with soaking tub in the master suit, 2 twin beds, 3/4 bath in the 2nd bedroom and a pull out couch in the den. Three flat screen cable TV’s with free internet. Our kitchen comes fully equipped to help make your stay feel like home. For your convenience a full size washer and dryer included. The screened in lanai has golf views of the 9th,18th green, 10th tee and practice facility. A short walk to the club house will bring you to our 2 public championship golf courses and Sam Sneed’s Oak grill and tavern restaurant. Greenlinks also has its own private Clubhouse featuring tennis courts, shuffle board, bocce ball, pool, Jacuzzi and full gym amenities.
Looking to explore, there are restaurants, supermarkets and retail shopping just outside the resort. Downtown Naples with all its fine dining and shopping boutiques is 12 minutes North from our front door. In 15 Minutes you can explore Naples pier and the white sandy beaches of Clam Pass Park, Park Shore Beach Park and Naples Beach. Heading 15 minutes west you will find Marco Island with beautiful Marco and Tigertail Beaches.
Our property is a nonsmoking unit. We don’t allow pets and you must be 25 years of age to rent. Max occupancy is 6 people and no large gatherings are permitted. Check in time is 3PM and check out is 10AM. Late checks outs may be possible but must be preapproved and could entail a fee. Proper Identification is required before check in. Price does not include any applicable taxes or cleaning fees.
