Subject to Owner approval, dogs are allowed that weigh less than 30lbs. There would be a $20/night pet fee and an additional $500 refundable security deposit.

Nice, clean & well appointed

Great stay in Naples! This house was very clean which is very important to me! Well appointed with almost anything you would need! We needed a pump for our bike tires and host replied and supplied what we needed immediately! Highly recommend for a family stay

Great stay

From the time we arrived until checkout everything went smoothly. The house is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need to have a fun relaxing stay. We cooked most evenings and had everything we needed. Pool was fabulous. Coffee pot broke and house manager order a new one and had it delivered immediately. Highly recommend this property and plan to come back next year. Great location in Naples. Near the Naples beach and shopping. Thanks for a great vacation.

Perfect family home

We had our family of 6 stay for 5 nights and it was perfect! Everyone had their own private space and the pool was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is safe and there’s sidewalks around a 2.6 mile loop. Perfect for morning walk or bike ride

Nice place to stay

This is a nice house with a really great screened in pool area. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. Needs a few small items fixed, but overall a nice place to stay.

Nice House

The home’s interior is large, spacious, newly painted, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is updated and fully equipped. The house layout is great with nice large common areas and private bedroom en suites. Many large screen TVs throughout. The pool is very large, heated and maintained. Its deck area and outdoor living screened lanai space is comfortable but could use some updating, better lighting and better cleaning. All amenities needed are provided. The home’s exterior and property is in need of some maintenance, cleanup and landscaping. The exterior sliding doors and bathtub sliding doors need some maintenance. The location is good, a nice neighborhood but somewhat busy street. Shopping, restaurants, golf, Everglades airboat rides and beautiful powder sand beaches are nearby as is the Naples Fifth Avenue attraction. The property manager is very responsive and accommodating making our stay enjoyable.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The homeowner Tammy was amazing to work with! She’s communicative, respectful and flexible if she can be. The house is stocked with just about anything and everything you’d have at home. We loved making meals, cocktails & snacks in the large kitchen. This home leaves you with a warm modern homey feeling. It was the perfect spot that will hold lots of fun memories for our family.

Beautiful home in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is really beautiful and I'd say even exceeded the expectations the photos had set. It's a short drive to shopping on 5th Ave and the neighborhood was very safe and clean. Visited with my family for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I interfaced with Tammy and she was always responsive. Would definitely come back!
