The neighborhood is private and nicely landscaped yet close to all the shops, restaurants and activities. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated with a great porch.

Perfect place to stay in Naples

Carlos’ place was the perfect property to stay in while visiting Naples. It was very well located, in a very quiet neighborhood and nicely equipped. Carlos was super helpful and very easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I am in Naples.

Communication with host was great. Unit was as pictured. Front porch was a nice plus!!!! Just a heads up, during our stay, construction going on directly behind building so if noise is an issue……?? Loved the proximity to Old Naples. Would recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Relaxing and great location

This house was perfect for my family. Great AC. Quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean! Our family we visited wasxa mile away. The location provides easy access to great restaurants, boat rentals, beaches and every reason to visit Naples! Thank you for the relaxing environment!

Worth the price!

Two 70-somethings stayed at this lovely accommodation for three nights. It was quiet, well located, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had just what we needed and the bath amenities and coffee pods were well appreciated. I did notice, however, that you really couldn’t see 5th Avenue from the deck. Other than that, The space is great for two couples, conveniently, and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent Property in a Tropical Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Keys (style) Stilt House. The location is in a cul de sac surrounded by lush foliage. It's a convenient jumping-off point to many of Naples' most desirable areas like Tin City and 5th Avenue. The upper unit is well-furnished and there's a roomy deck with overhead fans. Carlos, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. I will stay here again on my next visit to Naples.

Nice place to stay when looking for a chill experience.

Location was great! We were down to care for my elderly mother-in-law and this was a nice little place to relax. Kitchen was great, had all the things needed. Some of the cookie sheets had rust but I blame that on the recent hurricane. I would say not a place for energetic kids. But if you want to be close to 3rd or 5th street, this made it was to pop in and out.

Clean, Updated Unit in Good Location

We had a great stay! Loved our unit and front porch! Our host was easy to communicate with and provided many amenities that other hosts do not (blender, coffee maker, some toilet paper, garbage bags to start). It was so nice not to have to make a huge grocery store run as soon as you arrived. A quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Naples and the beaches. We would definitely return! Alison and Michael

Great location and property but the bugs...

Let me preface this review with: This was our first VRBO. There were a lot of PROS about this property but unfortunately there are some CONS too. PROS *Location is GREAT *NICELY furnished and accessorized *Beach towels are a nice touch *Laundry detergent and shampoo was supplied CONS *There were a lot of small BUGS throughout the kitchen that ruined a couple of boxes of cereal and other food *The clothe washer has to be used during the day because the WASHER is very noisy while filling up *Communication from the owner via messaging system was AWESOME but he did want to share a contact number prior to check in *no beach toys

Just what we needed

Super clean and comfortable. Very well equipped property. Lots of little extra touches to make you feel welcome. Gorgeous little quiet cul de sac full of tropically landscaped homes within an easy drive to everything in Naples. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property. Would recommend :)
