  • Revisa mis comentarios !!! Este es un apartamento inmaculado, cómodo, de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, recientemente renovado y actualizado en septiembre. El condominio duerme cuatro y tiene una cama matrimonial y una cama Queen. Está completamente embaldosado y ubicado directamente en la playa en el Golfo de México. Los electrodomésticos de la cocina son nuevos y exclusivos de acero inoxidable con un nuevo mostrador de granito extendido y gabinetes nuevos. La cocina está equipada con un horno para micro convenciones, estufa con tapa de vidrio, refrigerador, platos, ollas y sartenes, todos los utensilios, licuadora, procesador de alimentos y mucho más. El baño tiene una nueva cabina de ducha de azulejos con cabezales de ducha dobles, tocador nuevo y mostrador. Balcón tiene chaise lounge con mesa y 4 sillas. Vista directa de las puestas de sol y delfines desde su propio balcón. No es necesario conducir hasta la playa. Esta unidad de acceso directo a la playa cuenta con comodidades adicionales como sillas de playa, sombrillas, juguetes de playa para los niños, balsas y fideos para nadar. INTERNET INALÁMBRICO así que traiga su computadora portátil. La unidad también cuenta con 2 televisores de pantalla plana con conexiones de DVD; Una en el salón y otra en el dormitorio. Todas las sábanas, toallas de baño y playa, secador de pelo, plancha, tabla de planchar están incluidos en la unidad. Las instalaciones de lavandería están ubicadas en cada piso y el restaurante Sunset Grille y el bar de la playa están en el primer piso con acceso directo desde la playa o el área de la piscina.

Wonderful location and property! The beach and pool are perfect. We love the relaxed slow pace of the island. Great for people that want to relax with family or enjoy a little time away from the busy everyday grind. This location and unit are very nice and quiet. This rental is equipped with beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers-really everything you need! Staff at the property and vacationing here have been very nice. Owner had been very responsive and easy to rent from. We will be back

The condo was as advertised. Check-in directions were very thorough and clear. The view from the condo was great. The bed was very comfortable. The umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs were great to have since we flew for our vacation. I would not hesitate renting this unit again. It was perfect for our 3-night stay. Sunsets from the balcony were wonderful.

Fantastic! The absolute best condo on the beach. The host was great and very responsive. This unit is equipped with everything you need to enjoy South Marco. We will be booking this unit again!

The amenities in the condo were fantastic. They were very comfortable, and there were items to help us prepare meals. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had access to all the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, and they were conveniently located with a cool beach cart that could be transformed into a table at the beach. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! We had such a great time that we’ve already booked our stay for next year.

Nice location with great views of the sunset right from balcony. Just steps down to the beach and pool. Restaurants are close by, and kitchen that works for limited cooking. I was surprised by a $45 fee for parking, but otherwise good. Would definitely recommend for couples or a small family.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures and how it was described. Super clean, great AC, plenty of towels and beach supplies. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Cannot wait to stay again!
