We offer one of the most beautiful views and elegant interiors at Beach & Tennis Club!
Located in building 5, on the 7th floor, this studio's balcony has a stunning, straight-on view of the Gulf of Mexico with dazzling sunsets at night. The condo is keyless and has been completely remodeled.
The open floor plan boasts a completely renovated and updated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, full tile backsplash, and upgraded, soft close cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment needed to make meal preparation and dining simple and enjoyable.
The living area includes bistro dining for 4, elegant seating, comfortable accent chair, and a wall mounted large screen TV, with cable package. The living area opens to the balcony which features an unbelievable view of the Gulf of Mexico.
You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the queen-size bed with hotel quality linen. There is storage provided in the walk in closet. A brand new, queen size sleeping sofa and linens are included, should you choose to have 2 additional guests stay with you.
The bathroom has been completely renovated and upgraded with walk in shower, marble counter tops, and upgraded cabinetry, washing/drying machine to make a laundry convenient in the unit.
The fully screened balcony has a bistro table that seats 2 and a small comfy settee for a relaxing spot to enjoy one of the most stunning views you could ever hope to see. Sun, water, and lush landscaping - as far as the eye can see!
Free WiFi is available throughout the unit.
Bonita Beach and Tennis Club multiple restaurants close by, onsite café, 2 elevators, community coin-operated laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5, and is close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, and free unlimited WiFi, and beach gear. Close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key.
Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, watersports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.
This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport( please be advise is is longer drive during the winter season). This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

Loved the screened-in porch! We spent every night and morning out there. Beautiful sunsets!!!! The house was very clean and had everything necessary for a perfect stay.

A Month to Remember

I was looking for a quiet getaway where I could spend some time on a beach and relax. This was it! The place looked exactly like the pictures, and the location made it easy to access the Bonita Beach. One month was the perfect amount of time to get away and recharge.

Nice Place - Good location

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach and it has a nice restaurant right next door. Still under rehab - but that did not bother us. Nice view of the Gulf of Mexico from our deck.

Bldg. 5 under construction, no atrium, pools not open. We were not informed by owner about any of these things. Communication poor. TV was terrible. Room was basically clean. Plenty of towels, Way overpriced for the conditions mentioned. Would not return. The owner needs to be made aware of these things.

Great Location!

This was our 3rd time at the Beach and Tennis Club and it didn't disappoint. You can't beat the location for the price. Two very nice, clean pools and a couple minute walk to a beautiful beach? It's why we keep coming back. The condo was very clean, the remodel was very nice and the view was spectacular. We could watch the sunset from the balcony. Another great stay!

Our Breakaway Staycation

We had a nice visit at this location. The view ftom the patio and window was beautiful. The apartment is welcoming and supplied with dishes, pots, cutlery, towels, beach towels and all you need. The beach is a short walk or drive down for about 10 different beach accesses with beautiful beach and views. Restaurants right there walking distance away. We enjoyed our stay and would do again. Our host responded to all our questions.

We were happy with the overall cleanliness of your little studio condo and the decor. It was updated and had everything we needed . Bed was comfortable with nice bedding and check in was easy, I would suggest maybe some suitcase stands seeing there is no dresser for you to put your stuff in. If you like the sun the pool was partially blocked by the buildings portions of day with only a few areas that really caught the sun so of coarse everyone wanted those spots and not enough area for sun bathing, they defiantly were not thinking when they built the buildings close to road with noise and pools behind in shade. The room is located on the road which if you are a light sleeper that might bother you, we enjoy having the air off and slider open and it was load most day and night with traffic heading to and from beach. For us we actually enjoyed watching all the cars and motorcycles at times with a bottle of wine and It was a perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets over the ocean it had a great view for that!

Very pleased

Great Condo!

Condo was clean and well decorated. The view is outstanding. Check in process was very simple and the owner was great to deal with. The walk to the Gulf and Docs Beach House was less than 3 minutes. The condo has been completely redone and very comfortable. The actual view of the Gulf is even better than the pictures show. Everyone at the Beach and Tennis Club was very friendly. We enjoyed our time at Docs Beach House, both on the beach and upstairs in the sports bar. Docs and Coconut Jacks are less than a 5 minute walk. We rate Docs much higher than Coconut Jacks. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need and all the appliances were new. We would give the condo a perfect score, but we may have to deduct a partial point for the water pressure. It wasn't terrible, but it could have been a little better. This isn't because of the condo, we are sure it is due to the age of the building, Again, it is only something minor and didn't hinder our vacation in any way. Overall we would have to give this place a 99.99 out of 100! This place is the perfect vacation spot for two. Well decorated, comfortable furnishings, great location. Everything you could possibly need for your vacation is provided and in great condition. The owners have paid attention to every detail. They have provided everything needed to make the stay comfortable. They have also done a great job at updating the condo. We cant wait to plan our next visit and hope to stay here again!
