Family Friendly Luxury 3/2 Home

Our home will accommodate 7 guests with a full kitchen, living room with TV and entertainment center, a dining area seats eight. A king bed in the Main Suite has a TV and a bathroom. There is a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a twin over full bunk and another twin bed in the bedroom 3, near bathroom 2. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. It has an enclosed open-air courtyard/lanai that is furnished with lounges, seating for 6, and grill. Guests can use the community recreation amenities.
Reservations made 20 days or less before arrival are subject to an additional $100 to cover expediting the Briarwood Lease Application.
NO smoking in the HOUSE, GARAGE and LANAI.
Do NOT sit on house furniture with sunscreen or wet clothes.
Do NOT move the house furniture. Or any inside furniture outdoors or into the lanai.
Do NOT allow pets on furniture or use house linens, blankets etc. as bed for pets.
We do require you to sign a vacation rental agreement and Briarwood Lease application prior to your stay. Briarwood is a gated community and you will NOT be allowed entry without these forms be completed. Therefore, we will ask for your email to deliver the forms.

Great Getaway!

This is a great property with many wonderful amenities! Most importantly for us, was the hot tub and pool. They worked perfectly and were well-maintained! As a family travelling from Canada, we also appreciate a property with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, bikes, etc. The house has several updated appliances that make the house feel like home: washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, a great blender, two coffee machines, etc. Bluetooth for the lanai is a small but fun detail! The neighborhood is gorgeous, safe, and well-maintained. Proximity to shops and beaches is great. A couple small updates we would recommend are more towel hooks and perhaps a drying rack for the lanai. We play hard in the water and go through towels and swimsuits like crazy. We struggled getting them to dry with limited racks/hooks. Perhaps unique to us, we spend a lot of time in the home after dark reading or doing puzzles. We would recommend more light/higher wattage for these activities in the darker months. Lastly, we'd like to mention this house is close to the airport and a busy road. It didn't really bother us much (we're quite loud ourselves!) but for those seeking a peaceful retreat, please keep this in mind. Keith and Beth live across the street and welcomed us upon arrival. They were friendly and responsive to anything we needed and gave us tips and advice on attractions in the area. Thank you for a great vacation getaway!

Amazing House and Location

This house is beautiful!! Layout is perfect. Each side of the house has its own space with the living room and kitchen as central hang outs. Neighborhood is pristine. Front gate staff is very professional and friendly. Location of the house was great. We felt like we were 15 minutes from everywhere. Keith was more than accommodating and welcoming. This was our first time staying in a house rather than a hotel and it was a great experience.

Great location and hosts

This was our second time at this property. We really enjoy the home and the large pool. The home is clean and pictures are accurate. It's only about 10 minutes to several beaches and also great dinning at 5th Ave. The hosts Keith and Beth greet you when you arrive then again on the way out. Keith was very helpful finding additional things to see and do while we were there. We're already planning a trip back in October.

Great house and pool

The house met all of our expectations. The house is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the saltwater pool. The location provides easy access to restaurants in Naples .

Fantastic location and hosts!

This was my first experience with VRBO and this home exceeded my expectations. The pictures are accurate - the house is lovely and the pool is outstanding. The neighborhood is clean and safe. But probably the best part were the hosts Keith and Beth. They welcomed me soon after my arrival to make sure I had been able to get in ok and gave me some hints regarding the area. I was familiar with Naples but it was nice to get some new recommendations. They live in Briarwood so it was nice to have them close by. I'm happy that I will be renting one of their other properties next year and going forward. This trip was everything I was hoping for and even more!!!! Can't wait to return next year and for years to come.

A Little Piece of Paradise

My husband and I booked this house for part of our tenth wedding anniversary celebration. It was perfection! Keith and Beth answered all our questions in a timely manner and made a point to wish us farewell in person. The pictures do not do the house justice. The gated community is quiet and beautiful. The house is extremely clean with wonderful personal touches all throughout. It was well-stocked with linens, kitchen items, basic laundry necessities, etc. All you need is your bathing suit and a willingness to relax! The pool and lanai area was our favorite! It is totally private and cannot be seen from anywhere but inside the house. Though we had no children with us, the area is completely safe for all ages as there are alarms on each door that accesses the pool area. Keith recommended a nice farmers market minutes from the house and pointed us to the beaches nearby. They were pristine! We look forward to staying in this beautiful area again! Our week was perfect. We highly recommend this property!

Our best stay in Naples so far

We simply love Briarwood. The owners/property managers of Naples Play and Stay greeted us upon arrival and oriented us to the house and rules for check out. They were our constant guides for local food spots, activities, including boat ride to Keewaydin. Keith and Beth are amazing people and we can't wait to be back. Our kids loved the pool all day every day. The outdoor living space was just a piece of paradise. The check out process was so easy and not duty-laden for vacationers. The house was stocked with everything that we may have needed during our stay. The only thing we needed to get was food, that's all. There were plenty of pool toys, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Hope to be back soon!

Great house peace of mind great price

My family of 7 stayed and were all very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool! I felt safe in this neighborhood. Keith was a fantastic host offering help for anything we needed! The location is close to anything you want to do. The beds were so comfy! And everything was clean! I appreciate having the pool toys and beach chairs there so we didn’t have extra stuff to carry with us back home! We will absolutely be back!

Perfect home

My family has been coming to Naples since 2016 for our vacation and this home was by far our favorite. It is stocked with everything you need and the pool area is a small paradise. Keith was an incredible host who communicated not only before our stay answering questions but even checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. 5 stars is not enough for this place. We will definitely will be calling Keith for our 2024 vacation.

outstanding rental experience

the home is located in a nice, as well as safe ,gated community located close to downtown Naples . Hosts Keith and Beth welcomed us upon arrival, live in the community and were available for any issue one might encounter during a stay. The home is immaculate, with an awesome spa and pool and lots of living a dining space. We hope to return in the future.

Great Stay

This pool home has everything needed for a great vacation; very well equipped. The pool was perfect, water temperature great and hosts very attentive. Location in Naples allow easy access to most sites. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Stay!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! It was very clean, comfy, roomy and close to everything. The beds were so comfy, the showers/tub were beautiful and perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed and Keith was really easy to communicate with and super accommodating. Our favorite part was definitely the pool and hot tub though. We used them every day! We enjoyed watching the lizards on the lenai too. All of the swim and beach accessories available are a great added bonus! Thank you so much, Keith! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay, Even Better Hosts.

Very nice, clean, private home in a gate guarded community with a suitable floor plan for families or two couples. The photos do not do the home justice. Has everything you need for a great vacation, but an even bigger selling point are the hosts. They are nearby and very responsive, yet they value your privacy. I loved my stay here and would go back in a hot minute.

loved it all

First, the house is amazing. When you walk in, it feels like you are coming home. I rarely feel really comfortable somewhere else right away but Keith and Beth sure made it happen. They are the sweetest and were so nice and accommodating when we had some issues with our arrival. We appreciate your flexibility and kindness so much. All the beds are very comfortable and there is more than enough space to spread out. We enjoyed some evenings on the couch watching movies when it rained and everybody loved the recliner seats and chairs. We are in love with the pool. Perfect size, perfect temperature and my skin loved the salt water. There are floaties in the garage and we had so much fun just relaxing and enjoying it day and night. The lights at night make it even better. The whole house is super clean and the bathrooms were spotless. I loved the shower in the guest bathroom. And let me tell you about the tub in the main bathroom. It is huge and you don’t wanna come out of it :) plus the water pressure was great too. The neighborhood is amazing. Everybody that we met was very nice and the security guys at the gate are so friendly and attentive. The location of the house is perfect. So close to everything. The garage has everything you need to enjoy the beach all day long. We had plenty of chairs, an umbrella, cooler and the cool beach mat/blanket. such a life saver when it comes to not liking sand. If you think about renting the house, go for it. You will not regret it. Again, Beth and Keith are amazing and will help you with anything you need. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home and being such awesome hosts! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing property and hosts

This house is beautiful and has all you need to enjoy a relaxing and awesome vacation in Naples. It is close to beaches (10 minutes to Lowedermilk Park) and the pool and jacuzzi are amazing. We had an amazing time and will come back.
