  • This fantastic 4 bed, 3 bathroom home is set in the stunning Briarwood development centrally located for all that Florida has to offer.

    This beautiful spacious home is luxury air conditioned living. It is an open plan in design with a formal living area and relaxing family room, a charming dining area and 4 generous sized bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and several entertaining cable channels. There is a king size bed in the first of the two master bedrooms, a queen size bed in the second master suite and  two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed.

    Sliding glass doors to the pool and spa lanai area make this a bright and beautiful place to entertain. There is a large patio seating area overlooking the beautiful lake, fit for an intimate outdoor dinner party

     The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with everything for a self catering relaxing vacation. A dishwasher is supplied so no arguing about clean up makes for a happy retreat! There is also a fully equipped laundry room.

Great property and great host

The property was so beautiful and the hosts were over the top making sure that everything went well. It was amazing how they assisted when the air conditioning had an issue. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location. Great Residence.

We rented this property last minute with family in the same neighborhood as we sadly dealt with an unexpected death in the family. It was a wonderful home, clean, great pool and hot tub that entertained our two children. Appreciate they allowed pets as that greatly helped our last minute scenario that our dog was able to be in the home as well. Thank you for providing a great place.

We enjoy this neighborhood, morning walks, well-maintained. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the space that our kids could have their own rooms. This is our second time renting and would rent again.

Fun Neighborhood, Pretty Pond View

We enjoyed our stay in this Briarwood home. My daughter had fun at the neighborhood playground and loved riding our bikes around the expansive neighborhood. The pond behind the home is pretty and calming and we saw lots of wildlife each day. We ran into a couple of obstacles during our stay but Kim and Nicole were quick to resolve things.
