Frequenze Spagnole is a large apartment with retro charm in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a spacious kitchen/living area, it can accommodate up to 8 people. The two small balconies and numerous windows make it very bright. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the nightlife district and just a short walk from restaurants, bars, and shops. There are excellent connections to the rest of the city thanks to the Augusteo Funicular, 200 meters away, and Metro Line 1 (Toledo), a 10-minute walk away.



The 140-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building WITHOUT an elevator: PLEASE NOTE: You will need to climb stairs to access the apartment.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Open-concept kitchen with a dining table, split A/C, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, espresso maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, juicer, conventional oven, and microwave

- Bedroom I with a double bed, open closet, and en suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Bedroom II with a double bed, closet, and split A/C

- Bedroom III with two single beds, open closet, dresser, and split A/C

- Bathroom II with toilet, bidet, and bathtub with shower enclosure

- 2 small balconies.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heat pump heating, travel crib, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Late check-in:

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM - 25.00 euros

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Naples Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

- From Naples Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the L1 metro line to the Toledo stop, which is 650 meters from the property.



- For those traveling by car, the accommodations are outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), which is active only during events. Street parking is metered in the blue-line zones. Alternatively, you can park for a fee at Garage Gradoni, located at Vico S. Anna di Palazzo 27, 300 meters from the apartment.
