Great lounging areas, some shaded, and pool toys. You’ll love the coolers and all the beach stuff, even a wagon!

COASTAL SOUL is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Whether it's in the common TV area, hunkered down in the dedicated workspace, chilling in a bedroom, or hanging out grilling poolside. Don't let the casual, beachy-vibe fool you. Attention was given to every detail, to include luxury pillows and bedding, and most everything you could possibly need for your stay.



- CHECK-IN after 3:00 pm, CHECK-OUT 10:00 am, unless expressly agreed otherwise prior to arrival.

- TRASH/RECYCLING: If you are staying during trash pickup days, please place the bins by the street for pickup the NIGHT BEFORE (please note that there is a $100 fine for trash disposal if the trash bins are not placed by the street):

WEDNESDAY: both recycling and regular bins. (Bin out on Tuesday night).
SATURDAY: regular trash bin only. (Bin out on Friday night).

- UMBRELLAS: Please close umbrellas when not in use. Umbrellas that are left open can be, or, cause damage with the wind.

- BEACH EQUIPMENT: Please shake off the sand and rinse if needed prior to returning to the storage space after use.

- LIGHTS: Please turn off all lights when you are not in the house.

- A/C: The temperature can be set as low as 72 degrees. If the temperature goes below 72, the units can freeze, and you may be without A/C until it can be repaired. To avoid this, kindly keep all sliders and windows closed while running the A/C.

- CEILING FANS: Please leave all the ceiling fans running at all times if possible.

- DRYER: Please remember to clean the dryer lint vent after use.

- DISHWASHER: Please load and run the dishwasher upon check out.

- GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please do not run anything that can potentially clog the garbage disposal.

- POOL: Although this is a pet-friendly home, dogs are not allowed in the pool as pet hair can clog the pool filter.

- SPA: Please turn the spa off when not in use, and do not use the edge of the spa to jump into the pool. Please return the pool/spa controller to the kitchen bar counter.

- MAINTENANCE: The pool is serviced weekly by the maintenance company every Wednesday. Landscapers are also on the premises every Friday.
