Excellent Property

Beautiful home in convenient location. Easy walk or bike ride to beach and park. Short distances to any food you want. Comfortable bedding and loved the lanai and pool area for coffee and meals. Excellent communication and check in was easy. Would recommend and stay again.

Winter Getaway for Northerners

Property was very clean and accommodating for our group of six people. The pool and pool area were very nice where we could relax. The screened in area next to the pool was wonderful for morning coffee time. Monica was very helpful and responsive. Would stay here again.

A wonderful

Great property with an incredible pool area. The home was clean, well decorated and provided just about everything you will find at home. The only negative was for the price they should have provided a few extras (K-cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil or spray and maybe a few spices)

Beautiful place to stay!

What a beautiful and clean house! Everything was wonderful during our stay. Location was perfect- close to coffee, stores, church, beach, and just a great neighborhood to walk around in. Downtown was just a drive away for a great little downtown area . The owners answered any questions we had, and it was a very well organized house! We are so happy, we can’t wait to go back! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Perfect family Thanksgiving vacation!

This house has everything and then some. The pool and hot tub were used on a daily basis. The location was perfect for the beach, shopping, and adventures. Honestly, we never felt that we needed to leave this house's comforts. We will definitely be back! Monika, the manager, answered all questions quickly!

Wedding weekend

My friends and I stayed at this property for a long weekend. We could not get over how perfect this house was. Most of the time we never spend time at our rentals, but we found ourselves very content and happy to hang at the house. The house is clean and spacious and has everything you need.

Wonderful Vacation

We very much enjoyed our time spent in Naples. The weather was sunny and warm so we spent quite a bit of time in the pool. The house was beautiful and pool great as well. House was just the right size for our two week trip. Location was great as well....near golf courses and good restaurants. We had a few questions for Monika regarding how to work the thermostat and the television. Monika answered these and all our other questions promptly and satisfactorily. In summary, I can only say good things about our experience renting this house. The beautiful weather sure did help as well!

Better than advertised!

What a fantastic home for a stay in Naples. The owners have thought of every amenity and comfort to create a wonderful space for families or 2-3 adult couples. The wide open layout is perfect for hanging out as a group with a thick high quality quartz (or similar) kitchen bar/counter, large dining table, and screened in lounge with beverage center built into another high quality countertop. It’s all feels a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. There are also some indoor games in the garage, and all kinds of ad hoc kitchen tools and small appliances. etc. The pool area is truly a treat with a swimming space much larger then many other homes in the area I’ve seen. It also includes a built in spa and wading area for any my little ones. Next to the pool is another large outdoor dining space and numerous loungers. Temperatures were great and the host offers pool toys and loungers for added fun. The wifi was pretty fast and the family room TV was huge. It all runs online vs. a traditional cable subscription so it helps to be familiar with finding Netflix, appletv, etc via TV-installed apps but it’s pretty intuitive. I had a couple questions upon entering like just finding a switch for this and that and the host was immediately responsive on text or phone and even took care to update me about any scheduled workers that may be tending to the mechanicals outside the property. While I wouldn’t call it walkable to too much, it’s located 2 blocks from from the main north south road in the area which can take u to downtown (5th Ave) in less then 20 min and several of the nicer shopping/dining complexes in 3-10 min. The beach is only a few min drive away and ubers are easy to come by if ur planning a night out. All in all it’s just an incredibly comfortable space thoughtfully furnished and appointed for every possible guest need. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely look to rebook next time we are in the area.

Naples, FL , particularly the Vanderbilt beach area has recently become my family’s favorite vacation destination. Having been to a couple of different homes in this area, this one, by far, is our favorite! It provides the comforts of home with a true vacation experience. The house is located in a perfect location within minutes from the Vanderbilt Beach State Park (access included), a short ride to convenience stores, shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and everything else you need and want while on vacation. For us, the highlight of the house is a brand new pool with jacuzzi. Day or night, the pool provides relaxing and fun time for the youth and grownups alike. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend it!

Rebooking as I Type

I enjoyed staying at this property. The entertaining space is big and my party was able to comfortably spread out between the open kitchen, comfy sofa in the living room and screened in porch where we spent our evenings playing card games. The huge slider made the whole space feel connected The bedrooms and house are appointed in breezy blues that instilled a calm we were looking for during our stay. The area is North Naples with some great amenities near bye. Groceries, alcohol, and an emergency TJMaxx for when someone forgot their swim suit. Near bye are two of our favorite seafood restaurants in all of Naples, USS Nemo (1) & Blue Lagoon (2). The beach at the start park is just a few minutes away is great with food on site and restrooms. The cost was comparable to parking on the street at the public beaches. The beach is spacious and calm. I would recommend this property to everyone interested in a calm and family oriented vacation.
