Very nice place with just a couple of drawbacks

The home is wonderful and clean and the pool is beautiful and the surroundings of the pool are wonderful as well. However, I feel like the furniture could’ve been a lot more comfortable. The plastic chairs at the dining room table were very uncomfortable and the master room bed should be a king size and not a queen size. The sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable as well. The house and Pool are so nice that it should have more comfortable furniture to match it. Also, AFTER I had submitted the total payment for the house for the week it was at that time that I was told that there would be cameras watching me. I don’t feel that is right! That is something that should have been told to me upfront before I made the decision to purchase. That is not my idea of rest and relaxation that I worked so hard for. There are are three cameras that watch you each and every time you come and go and also one in the garage where the laundry is. Again, the usage of the cameras should have been made clear BEFORE the purchase.

Naples Getaway Jan24

This was first visit to Naples area, and a short stay. We had little time to plan, and preferred hotel alternative- a better value for us. Found this property within ~12 minutes of relatives who we visited most with. House had competitive price, better than hotel rates, and checked all our boxes. The home is located in a small neighborhood with low street traffic, but easy access to one of the main roads, close to restaurants, shopping, businesses and attractions. The communication with host was super, check-in instructions clear. The home was clean, updated kitchen, appliances, comfortable beds, and updated bathrooms. The best feature for us was the covered lanai and screened-in heated pool. (please note description of the property states it is a regular pool without child proof fencing; with a shallow and somewhat deeper end). The pool was clean, temperature was perfect. Private back yard- lot of palm trees around, plenty of lounge chairs, Gas grill, shower stall. The home provided many supplies, including toiletries -shampoo and soap, plenty of towels, and extra towels for pool. A nice surprise was coffee and tea and sugar. Had access to washer and dryer and supplies. There were no problems with property that we observed. Everything was in good working order. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the host; best ever for homes we rented.

Schönes Haus mit Pool in Naples

Very Nice!

Clean and attractive place. The screened-in pool area was perfect for morning coffee, meals and hanging out. The surrounding foliage provided plenty of privacy and the birdsong is lovely in the morning. Very friendly neighborhood! We walked every evening after dinner and people waved or spoke to us. Extraordinary! The location has convenient access to major thoroughfares including I-75, but far enough away that you don’t hear traffic noise. A major drawback, however, is there are no drawers or shelves on which you can put your clothes. Living out of your suitcase for a week is not ideal. The ceiling fan with overhead light in the master bedroom is not working. Everything else was in good working order. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Naples

We were getting together for a much needed girls' trip, and this property was perfect. Tatiana, the host, was very responsive beforehand and during our stay with any questions that I had. The property was very clean, which we all appreciated. The neighborhood is very quiet and is centrally located to downtown Naples. I would definitely consider staying there again!

A Delightful Retreat in Naples

What a great place to stay. Very close to Naples beach and other locations and restaurants.

We loved staying at this place. Very clean and met all of our needs. The only thing I would recommend is that there is more than 1 television for the home. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would of been nice to lounge in bed and watch a little television in the morning or late evening. Great place for families and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We would recommend this stay for anyone.
