Location close to Highway 41 and half block to Dunkin Donuts! Short drive or bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach.
Enjoy our heated pool, with no additional pool heating costs!
Stainless Steel Appliances and Smart TVs in Living Room and 2 bedrooms. A cozy vacation rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, plates, wine openers, etc. - all the comforts of your own home!!! The Master Bath features a large walk-in closet. The spacious master bedroom features a Smart TV with Google TV, Queen Size Bed, leather loveseat and French doors which open to screened outside living area.
The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Smart TV with Google TV and large closet. The main living area also has a Smart TV with Google TV, Blu-ray and a Full Sleeper Sofa with new 5-inch memory foam mattress. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer with plenty of beach towels, bath towels, linens. Wi-fi, Cable, A.C. and heated pool are all part of the rental. The backyard is fully fenced (concrete wall), inground pool heated to 85 degrees in the winter months, lounge chairs, umbrella and plenty of sunshine. Please feel free to contact me with any special requests you may have to make the property more comfortable for your stay.

What an amazing week! This home was perfect for our family Christmas! We drove down from Maryland so we could spend time with our son who lives in Naples. We chose this home because it is pet friendly and has a fully fenced back yard. We spent most of our time around and in the heated pool. The back yard is beautiful and very private! The screened porch was amazing for all of our meals. The owners were very communicative and even let us use their Christmas tree! The kitchen appliances are new and work well. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with nice pots and pans, plenty of dishes, and utensils. There is a blender (we did not use), toaster, coffee maker that uses #4 cone filters, and a microwave. The washer and dryer are new, and smarter than me... haha! There are several very nice bikes! We were able to take a very nice bike ride on Christmas Day. The location is AMAZING! So close to some awesome places. North Naples Country Club is one of our faves, especially for Sunday Football! So close to Vanderbilt beach too, and apparently a few good fishing spots. Our boys were able to get out a few times. Highly recommend!

Our stay was exactly how we imagined it would be. The house was clean, well maintained, fully equipped , and location was perfect. It was easy access to restaurants, shopping ,both clothes & food. The pool was lovely & well maintained. We brought our dog & the yard was perfect for him. We spent 16 days & could have stayed longer. The hosts were very responsive if we had a question or a problem. There is a manager close & he can handle any problems that arise. We will be going back again. Helen & Marty Siegal

We loved our stay here. The grounds were beautiful. There were towels and beach chairs and bikes and even a beach parking pass for us to use. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TVs were smart so we didn't need to hook up a laptop. There were nice eating spots inside and outside in the screened-in porch. The concrete fence kept our cat inside so we could let him hang out with us without worrying about his safety. The pool was very clean and had pool floats and noodles for us to use. The owner is lovely. It is also a private stay, so you get the whole house, which was a concern for us during our first VRBO stay (since air bnb tells you it is a whole house vs VRBO you need to reach out to the owner or manager). We had a question for the property manager during our stay, who quickly responded and reached out to the owner who reached out to us and was lovely. There are some games and puzzles in the house and even a pack and play that you can use and not have to lug it on a plane. 10/10!

Better than home

I truly recommend this property, it makes you feel at home. It is exactly as in the pictures and description. The place is very clean and I appreciate taking the time for a good presentation such as arranging clean guest towels in a visually appealing way. The communication with property manager/host was very efficient, quick and the kind. A bonus, in case you travel with your dog, closest beach dog park is just 22 mins away.

Backyard Spectacular

This house is in a cozy neighborhood in North Naples. The backyard is an oasis. It is as visually spectacular as the photos indicate. This property is also pet friendly which is important to us. The only downside was we could not leave our pet’s food out, as she is a grazer, because ants would quickly show up.

Great Location!

We were in town for a softball tournament and the house was perfect for my daughter and I. Great location and easy to get everywhere. The house is very well stocked in the kitchen as well as with beach chairs, towels, etc.

Wonderful getaway spot

This place is great. Wonderful location in North Naples close to everything. You can bike to the beach, and several restaurants nearby (bikes included!) The pool in back is amazing!! Such a relaxing place. This place has it all. We will definitely return!! So happy to have found a great getaway spot that is so well cared for.

Great house!

House had everything we needed and even more. We felt right at home with all the amenities and all the beach and pool goodies in the garage. Very quiet neighborhood, short bike ride to the beach. Grocery stores in walking distance. Easy communication with the host. Overall very good experience and would book here again.

We have stayed here once before so it should say something that we went back a second time. The location is close to the beach and shopping and it’s a quiet neighborhood. Our family was comfortable at the property.

Comfy little Beach home

Very comfy and cozy little place with all the amenities you'd hope for. Great for a couple or small family. the Pool was the main attraction for us, each afternoon after the Beach trip or Lunch. Very quiet although in the middle of a large beach area neighborhood. 5 -10 Min drive to all major beaches or park beaches (Vanderbilt and Collier Park). Great area for shopping and restaurants, even a Dunkin' Donuts in walking distance for morning coffee. Would highly recommend and will possibly come again! Owner, Nilda was very responsive and polite, nice to have a caring person you know the property with have that level of TLC too.

Perfect location

Great location. Within walking distance to restaurants & grocery stores. Very well equipped rental with all you need. Very much appreciated the beach pass. The backyard made it feel like your very own retreat. We had grandkids visit for a few days and they loved the pool. Plenty of beach equipment provided including toys for the kiddos.
