This cottage is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in light 'sea, salt & sand' colors, mostly Pottery Barn. Its warm and inviting ambience with many updates, which includes a new PRIVATE saltwater pool, a quiet fenced back yard, a contemporary and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops throughout want leave you feeling right at home. It therefore delivers appealing amenities: such as a flat-screen TV with DVD player as well as WiFi throughout the home. The large wooden deck features a teak chaises lounge, a teak outdoor dining table seating six as well as a classic one touch original Weber grill.

This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath cottage home is located just a few blocks away from the white sands of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach (recently rated # 2 beach of the United States by www. Drbeach. Org). Within a short stroll you will find great amenities, restaurants, supermarkets and boat rentals. This 'Beach Cottage' pool home provides all you need for your vacation within true walking distance.

Incredible place!

I really enjoyed this property and immediately felt athome.Clean, comfortable and well equipped with everythingwe needed and more.Only 3 minute drive to the beach. Plenty of nice restaurants and shopping nearby.I look forward to next year's visit to one of Marions rentals.Great host!

Just what we were looking for!

We’ve been coming to this area for years. This rental is - so far- our top choice!We love the amazing garden with lots of privacy. The pool is much larger than expected from the pictures. House is very well kept and wifey stole the one or the other decoration inspiration. Birds are chirping all day - pure relaxation.Love the office space you’ve set up for us. This was definitely not our last visit here….

Comfy cottage

Our 3 week winter get away was only made better by our stay at this lovely cottage. We immediately felt at home and comfortable by all the amenities. Marion and Rene are very responsive to any needs you may have. The outdoor pool area is very quiet and secluded. There are many good restaurants nearby and of course a fan favorite Royal Scoops ice cream just 0.25 mi away. The house is very comfortable with lots of areas to not be on top of each other. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils as well. Paying to heat the pool is a bonus we enjoyed every day! The neighborhood offers a beautiful environment for a morning walk, so many beautiful homes. We look forward to next years adventure in SW Florida.

Winter Getaway

Our stay at Bay Pointe Cottage was most ideal. The space is so welcoming, clean, cheery, peaceful and very beautifully appointed. The cottage is in a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all we wanted to see and do. The outdoor patio and pool area provided for a serene area to unwind and relax. Marion, the owner, is very hospitable, kind and easily accessible. Thanks so much, Marion, for making our Bonita Springs vacation so positively memorable.

Great vacation home!

Clean, well kept property with a great heated pool. Quiet neighborhood. Just a note for future guests - the house was not stocked with shower soap, enough garbage bags, or laundry detergent so make sure you stop by the grocery store for those things. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The owners are wonderful hosts. They go out of their way to ensure that you have a good time and they certainly succeeded! The house is beautifully decorated and everything you need is available. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Bonita Springs

The cleaniness of the property was great. The bedrooms are good sized, has everything you need for in the kitchen for preparing meals. Lots of beach and pool supplies( just wish there had been a broom to sweep the deck and pool area for the seeds that are falling from the tree).The listing says it's 1 mile from the beach, however driving is around 2 1/2 miles. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Wunderschön - so wie Urlaub sein soll!

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns im Haus und in der Nachbarschaft wohl gefühlt. Es sind nur 2-3 Minuten zum Strand.... das war echt toll. Die Einrichtung war ganz nach unserem Geschmack und alles war blitzeblank als wir angekommen sind. Der Pool ist mega schön und gross. Wir haben schon wieder für's nächste Jahr gebucht!

Absolutely yes!

Such a beautiful place! So cute and cozy. Beautifully interior designed, clean pool, bedrooms were spacious, everything was clean. But my favorite - the infant items included! The crib was a HUGE bonus, the highchair, the toys, the beach and pool toys. The host is very responsive and respectful. We all enjoyed staying there, it was home away from home.

Over and Beyond

There was some subcontracting done on the pool and the company that was suppose to be done prior to our arrival was not finished. We immediately reached out to the owner and she went over and beyond to make it right. This does not always happen. We had an experience like this during Christmas and the owner did not do anything like this owner did. It was an amazing stay and when we come back, we will make sure that we stay in one of the owners properties. The home is beautiful, the outdoor space and pool are nice and relaxing, all the beach toys were great. We are so glad we found Bay Pointe Cottage. Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful family vacation!

Ein sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, zentral gelegen, einfach einladend.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, mit tollem Poolbereich, schönen Schlafräumen mit separaten Bädern. Sehr schöne Fischlokale und Steakhäuser in der näheren Umgebung. Auch zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Bei eventuellen Fragen steht der Vermieter immer zur Verfügung!

Tucked away Gem

We could not have found a better vacation home in Bonita for our family (1 grandparent, 2 adults, and 2 kids). First of all the house is SO cute. Beachy, but not overdone. The bedrooms are spacious, the living area is open, and the backyard space is incredible. The pool!! Wow. So perfect for my little fish. It's heated, which is so great - even in florida! The location is great. Right off a main rd (but very quiet!) and is centrally located - close to Bonita, but also close to vanderbilt. You can walk to the ice cream shop!! Runners, walkers, and Bikers - you will LOVE this location with how easy it is to run the neighborhood or bike down Vanderbilt Rd. 2 minutes from restaurants and the grocery store - you literally can't beat the convenience of this place. Also, their shed is well stocked with noodles, pool floats, and beach necessities! We had the BEST week and hope to stay here again!

Great Time

A beautiful home with great amenities in a tranquil setting. We really enjoyed our time at this home and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beaches were close and parking was ample. I would love to come back to this home.

Wonderful home!

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at this lovely home. The house was clean, spacious and very close to the beach! Grocery stores, shops and many restaurants are right around the corner. Not to mention the ice cream shop right down the street. Owner was very accessible and replied quickly with any questions we had. For us, the star of the home was the backyard pool! We enjoyed it every day, all day long. It was everything we had hoped for as our three week Florida getaway rental!

Beautiful cottage near the beach

This beach cottage is in a quiet neighborhood but also very close to the beach. The location is perfect as it is just a few minutes to the grocery store and many restaurants. Also I must mention that there is an ice cream shop at the end of the block that you won't want to miss. Days that we did not go to the beach we truly enjoyed the beautiful backyard and pool. We had stayed on Fort Myers Beach for many years and we were hoping to find a location that we would also love and want to return to each year. Needless to say we have already booked our trip to stay at Marion's beautiful cottage once again next year.

Lovely home, great location!

How could we possibly have any complaints when the ice cream shop is a block away? 😊 home is beautifully furnished, well stocked, and has super beach accessibility. Pool is great too! Even with ten days of crummy weather we were comfortable, and happy !
