Great Trip to Naples

This house is exactly what is pictured and there was plenty of room for our two families (4 kids and 4 adults). Having two bedrooms with king beds was perfect as well as the bunk beds for the kids. The pool was a huge hit and so was sitting outside under the ceiling fan for coffee in the morning or evening drinks. Chrissy was very helpful in helping us rent kayaks which we did for the week. The garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc. and we used them all. The kitchen was amazing and gave me ideas for my own renovation. We hope to be able to rent this house again next summer!

Luxury rental in Naples

We recently stayed at this beautiful property for a family vacation. It was incredibly clean, spacious, located on a beautiful residential street only minutes from the beach. The home was well stocked with everything we could have hoped for, including a pack and play and high chair for our 2 year old, perfectly stocked kitchen utensils and appliances, sonos sound system, abundance of towels and linens, many beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. and even fishing rods and tackle, which our boys loved. The pool and spa were very well maintained and heated to our desired temperature via iPad control. Crissy, our host, also helped to make our stay very comfortable. Excellent, prompt communication and helpful advice was given in a very friendly manner throughout. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury home in Naples!

43rd Anniversary Trip

My wife and I stayed 10 days and found the home to be as advertised and in excellent condition, with many of the incidentals provided; toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners, laundry detergent, bleach, spices, bicycles, beach chairs, pool rafts, beach towels, Keurig coffee maker, etc., Given our January visit, two of our key needs were a heated pool and a hot tub and we were not disappointed… both worked as planned. The barbecue grill was in very good condition and we used it several times. The Vanderbilt Beach location is quiet and close to everything. The only issue we had was with the HVAC system. There was a very unique 3 day cold spell that came through Florida and we could not get the heat to come on. The following day Crissy sent a technician to repair it. The following night, we could not get the heat higher than 70. Fortunately, after that, the weather warmed up. That was the only problem we had with the Home. We would highly recommend this home.

House was fantastic, however the furniture on the outdoor patio is badly in need of an upgrade. The same for living room couch. Those are two important sitting areas that need comfort upgrades.

Anniversary celebration

The pictures don't do justice to this house. We were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary with our son's and their family. Needless to say that it was roomy enough for our big family. The house is gorgeous, super clean, with a well equipped kitchen to satisfy any cook. The pool is very well kept and very clean. There's only one thing that I found lacking in the house, and it's the area by the jacuzzi. That area doesn't have any lights after it gets dark and the mosquitoes are brutal there. We would have enjoyed that side of the house more if it was light up. Other than that we really enjoyed the house. We definitely comeback next year.

Luxury Beach Vacation

Such a beautiful house! Everything was wonderful, especially the clean heated pool, which our 4- and 7-year old boys absolutely loved! Owner was extremely responsive about any questions or issues that came up during our stay. Best VRBO experience we've ever had!

Home Away From Home

The property was very clean, nicely decorated with all of the amenities you need to make it feel like home. The location was great and was good for walking and bike riding. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of by Crissy in a very timely manner. She was great to work with and very professional.
