Exclusive apartment in a historic building from the 1700s, an expression of the Neapolitan Risorgimento, in the heart of Via Chiaia, the most elegant area of ​​the city, a lively shopping street and home to stupendous noble palaces, the living room of Naples.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building with lift, concierge service and security. Bright and spacious, it has an area of ​​120 m2, finely furnished, and suitable for families, friends, couples, for travel or business trips.

The house is fully air conditioned, with air conditioning and heating, and is equipped with finely selected sheets and towels.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

Via Chiaia is divided in two by a majestic triumphal arch in neoclassical style built in 1600. A beautiful walk that ends in the very suggestive tree-lined stretch, where the eyes full of wonder, which Palazzo Cellamare offers, are projected towards another masterpiece, the stupendous Martyrs' Square.

At the other end of the street you overlook Piazza del Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale, Piazza Triste e Trento, Via Toledo, Galleria Principe Umberto I, Teatro San Carlo and Via Toledo.

A few minutes walk from Lungomare Caracciolo, Maschio Angioino, Castel dell'Ovo, Spaccanapoli.

The building also houses one of the exits of Naples Underground, and is therefore a lively tourist passage.

The location was perfect for our brief stay. Easy walk to the Capri ferry, multiple restaurants, and the neighborhood was safe. Rita, the host, was fantastic, responded to texts quickly, and met us at check-in to let us in. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

The condo was just charming. Old world but updated with all the conveniences needed. Rita and Rocco, the hosts were great to work with and very communicative during our whole travel process. The location was great near shopping, the port and activities. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect spot in Naples

Apartment could not be better located. Near the castle and palace, surrounded by wonderful bars and restaurants. Rita was a great communicator and waiting at the door with us to welcome us in. Apartment is larger than it appears in the picture and was perfect for us.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the action. Spacious apartment and excellent location

Our host was very friendly and accommodating. She met us personally to let us in and give us a quick tour, even though our train was delayed and it was getting late. The apartment is clean, spacious, had everything we needed and then some. The bathrooms were big and living areas more spacious than I imagined. The location was perfect, walking distance to many important places like the castle, museum, palace, basilica, shopping center and of course all the delicious food. We also walked to the sea port which was nearby. Many conveniences just steps away, like pizza, taxi stop, pharmacy, bakery, mini market and so on. I would highly recommend this to a couple or family, even two couples would work well. Grateful to have had the opportunity to visit, would love to do it again!

Fantastic

Everything was perfect. Rita couldn’t be a better host. No issues. Pictures are accurate, large and comfortable apartment. Also, top location for nightlife and convenience.
