Come enjoy this well-equipped, beautifully remodeled home with heated pool & many more refreshing amenities. You will love this clean & bright home with lovely décor. This well maintained open concept sanctuary sits on a quiet cul de sac and features GULF ACCESS with pristine canal views from the newly installed boat dock.
Whether on a business trip or a family vacation, the New Diamond in Naples will offer you the perfect place to spend an unforgettable time! With its luxurious, yet charming feel, amazing view from the swimming pool area and garden and its perfect location, it turns out to be one of the top choices of where to stay in Naples. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a spacious modern living room and inside and outside dining areas, a huge newly renovated heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi tub, and BBQ. Swimming pool heating is subject to additional fee. One of the bedrooms includes a king size bed with smartTV, second bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a fireplace, in the third one a queen size bed and a work station are located, and last but not least – bedroom number 4 comes with a queen size bed, a blu-ray TV, and walk-in closet. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer is at your disposal as well as a huge walk-in closet. In the full bathroom a Jacuzzi tub, shower and toilet space are located and not forget there is one more fully-equipped bathroom inside the house. The living room is supplied with a brand new leather sofa, a blu-ray TV, and a huge inside dining area, but there is also the outside dining area with a table for 10 in order to enjoy a nice dinner right next to the swimming pool. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay from a modern convection oven, a dishwasher and huge fridge to blender, an American coffee machine, toaster and all kitchen utensils and cookware. In addition, a BBQ (gas grill weber) is ready to use. The swimming pool has been just renovated and comes with a Jacuzzi tub, in which you can have the serenity and relaxation you have always dreamt of. Besides, the pool is heated so that you feel most comfortable. The heaven-like look of the outside area is complemented by 2 relax areas – coffee area along with a sunbed where you can enjoy your me-time with your favorite book in hand. A brand new dock with picturesque canal view is situated right behind the swimming pool where you can enjoy the vivid colors of mother nature, go fishing or play some games with your friends and family. For your perfect vacation the house will also provide you with 3 bicycles, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 fishing chairs, an iron, 12 home and 10 beach towels to use! Pack&Play and high chair are available. Printer available upon request. For your safety and security, we have installed one security camera in the outside area above the garage door facing the street, one more on the door bell, and one on the left side of the house (when facing the house) that is facing the side yard . They will be on during your stay.

Great place for a peaceful vacation

Everything about this house was perfect for the 7 of us.the beds was very comfortable. The pool was great. My granddaughter really loved it.we will definitely be back.

Communication and AC issues

I never leave reviews if Im not impressed. But this was our first time renting a house, and it was nice for the pool , the canal,and the amount of bedrooms etc. But, we were left without any way to communicate with the owners and the AC was not working (master bedroom never worked and was 85 some nights, the main house stopped working 1 day before we left) it got 80 and no one could sleep. The units look very old. (One of our family members works in the HVAC industry )There were other issues that we would have overlooked had the AC worked or the owner was able to be reached to get us some help. But no way to reach them, and our VRBO messages went unanswered until just before we left. I asked for a partial refund, and of course, that went unanswered as well. (They reimbursed the 30 for the empty tank of propane we had to go to town to get exchanged after it ran out after a few minutes, but that’s not a refund.) The home was nice, but the floor plan may not work well for some situations, walking through one bedroom to access the master and bath. The location was great for us. Oh and Bring your own wash cloths too.

Beautiful home with your own pool in a quiet neighborhood

The owner’s communication was excellent. She called us right back to answer all of our questions throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for taking a family walk. The restaurants are nice and close but I wouldn’t recommend walking along the highway. It’s a short drive to grocery stores and whatever else you need. If you are looking for loud obnoxious beach bars then you are in the wrong place. Naples is an older population in a beautiful clean area without the riffraff. Go to the panhandle if you want to party.

Everything was perfect

I stayed with my wife, two young children, my brother and parents for a week over Christmas New Years. We had everything we needed here including kitchen supplies and grill, extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels, and even pool toys, beach toys and beach chairs. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed the wildlife by the water behind the house. We will be looking to stay here again in the future!

Girls trip

We absolutely loved this house. Great location. Beautiful area. Lots of restaurants and beaches near by. The house had everything you could need. Pool area was superb. Kitchen was amazing. The owners were so easy to work with and responsiveness was incredible. We will be back next year for sure! Only 2 downfalls, spa did not have strong hot tub like jets, and you had to walk through one bedroom to exit your bedroom unless you went out the lanai pool area. We are all great friend but if it were couples this would have been uncomfortable.

Inconsistent Comfort: A Mixed Experience at our Golf Getaway

Our stay at the house was generally satisfactory for our group of four adult males on a golf trip. The property had most of the essentials, yet we encountered a couple of inconveniences. Unfortunately, the house lacked propane and a wine opener, prompting the owner to request that we purchase these items ourselves. This was a departure from our past experiences with VRBO, where owners typically went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Furthermore, we experienced difficulties with the pool and spa amenities. The spa heater seemed to be permanently set at 88 degrees, and the jets were non-functional. Although the spa eventually reached 102 degrees on our last day, the ongoing issue with the jets persisted throughout our stay, detracting from our overall enjoyment.

The family and I had a great time. Wish we could stay longer. Beautiful house inside and out. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and has many useful items. Supermarket, shopping center and beach are all close to the property. The property owner communicated well. Definitely recommend.

Great Vacation

Great and beautiful location in Naples , FL. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and enjoy your walks. The property was clean, specious and tastefully furnished. It has all the essentials for the stay. Beautiful backyard and view. You can sit in the backyard and enjoy the sound of birds and frogs. Property owner was always available and helpful. Property 5 minutes away from one of the best beaches we experienced in Florida “ Vanderbilt Beach”.

Perfection

This home is absolutely beautiful! Naples by far has been the most beautiful place we have stayed. It was quiet and the beaches are amazing. The pool at this home was great for kid entertainment. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The showers and water pressure are perfect. There was everything needed for fun on the beach. Thank you, we will be back!

Over all nice stay and lots of pool/beach items

We had an overall nice stay at this place. The location was nice In a private residential area. The private pool was nice, however it was heated to 70 or 75° and it cost extra 150 to heat the pool warmer. The Jacuzzi for hot tub was the same temp as the pool, so not hot or even warm. Probably not a big deal, but I did not realize that. There were lots of places to sit a nice big table to eat meals and a grill to make food on. The TVs were nice and came with Disney Plus and Netflix. One thing we were not aware of was that the bedrooms that had the king beds were not private. They were walk through for others to use the bathroom. Also one of the king bedrooms didn't actually have a door in between the bathroom and the bedroom. That was probably the most disappointing thing, the bedrooms weren't private. Other than that the people were accommodating and there were lots of extras so you were happy at the beach and by the pool. There was even an extra wagon they purchased when I asked about a stroller. There are lots of towels and a washer and dryer to keep the towels clean. Lastly, there were two kayaks that are shown in the pictures that we thought we were going to be able to use, but they said they were off limits.

Five Star

Would definitely recommend this property. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool was wonderful and my grandchildren really enjoyed it. It’s located in quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to many restaurants and the beach. The owner Darina was very accommodating and attentive to our needs and requests.

Great location, slightly disappointing

The first email I got from the owner was a request to take out the garbage--before she even provided detailed info on access! On my own vacation! Then she forwarded an email from a former client, which included the same access code as the one we used--which felt like a safety issue to me (and bad form). The house smelled like dryer sheets and air fresheners, which wasn't bad, but the laundry room smelled like cigarette smoke, so maybe the air fresheners were designed to cover the smell? The home also didn't include any info on the wifi, how to use the TV, etc. We had an issue with the pool pump, but the owner had it fixed quickly, and she seemed eager to help out, but it didn't seem like she'd given thought ahead of time to our arrival. The location is great, and the pool was very nice, as is the canal out the back.

Excellent Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! This house is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything our group needed. The outdoor space was amazing, with plenty of room to hang out, a comfortable pool and hot tub, and the large outdoor table was perfect . The owner provided excellent communication for check in and proving details. We will be looking to stay at this property again in the future.
