Indoor-Outdoor Living: Living area with a massive down-filled sectional, 65" Samsung QLED TV, and a sliding glass wall that opens fully to the screened lanai and saltwater pool.

Chef’s Kitchen: Sophisticated white cabinetry with a waterfall-style island and bar seating for four, perfect for morning coffee before heading to the coast.

Beach Gear Included: Four cruiser bikes, beach chairs, Tommy Bahama umbrella, cooler, and wagon for easy trips to Delnor-Wiggins or Vanderbilt Beach.

Pool & Outdoor Living: Private screened lanai with a heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower, and Weber grill. Standard pool heat to 84°F is included with your stay. Optional heating up to 88°F is available for $30/day with at least 24 hours’ notice before arrival.

Primary Suite: King bed, 55" Smart TV, ensuite spa bath, and direct pool access.

Bedroom 2: King bed with adjacent full hallway bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with direct access to a shared full bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Four twin beds, ideal for kids or larger groups.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, pool, backyard, and garage. Smart lock entry is provided with a personal code before arrival.

House Rules

Maximum 10 guests. No parties, no smoking, and no pets.

Grill

Propane for the grill is included. If the tank runs low, guests may refill it and we will quickly reimburse with a photo of the receipt.
