When we purchased this property, it was love at first sight - the lake, the lanai, the whole vibe of the house. Plus, you can’t beat 10 minutes to downtown Naples and its beautiful beaches, great restaurants and social scene. Twenty - thirty minutes to Marco Island and all it has to offer. We hope you love it as much as we do. As our treasured guest, we want you to make our home your home.

Escape to the Tommy Bahama inspired master suite with a king sized bed, TV and private entrance to the pool/lanai. The master bath features a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, double sinks and private water closet area. There's a spacious walk-in closet (no limit on how many pair of shoes you can bring!)

The living room/kitchen areas are perfect for family time and entertaining. Enjoy the large smart TV with generous Comcast cable package. The breakfast nook comfortably seats 6. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need including: Keurig Duo coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice maker, restaurant quality clad cookware, dishes and drinkware for indoors and out. You'll also find books for all ages and games for the entire family!

The other side of the home features 2 more bedrooms. One has a king size bed. The other has 2 twin size beds. They share a bathroom with tub/shower combination and both have ample closet space.

The lanai is made for relaxing and enjoying. Soak up some sun on one of the four chaise lounge chairs. Enjoy a meal at the table with seating for six. Take a dip in the salt water pool (No diving please). Grill some kabobs on the gas grill. Or, kick back, relax and take in the view from the seating area.

The entire house and lanai have high speed wifi for streaming or, heaven forbid, work.

There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. This connects to the 2 car garage where you'll find a basic beginner pickleball set, 2 adult bicycles, fishing gear, beach chairs and umbrella. Driving an electric vehicle? No problem. Charge it in the garage with our newly installed service.

The property is located in Briarwood, a gated community with 24 hour security. There are 2 community pools, pickleball courts, tennis court, sand volleyball court, basketball court and a newer playground.

The Briarwood subdivision requires renters complete and submit an application. There is a $100 non-refundable fee which is included in the VRBO rate (listed as Administrative Fee.) The application will be sent to renters upon receipt of a signed short term rental agreement. This application must be submitted at least 30 days prior to occupancy. Failure to do so will result in additional fees.

Check in is at 4:00 pm. Early check in must be approved in advance and incurs a $100 fee.
Check out is at 10:00 am. Late check out must be approved in advance and the renter will be charged an additional night at the most current published rate.
(Why? Our cleaning team needs ample time to thoroughly clean the house between renters and we may need to hire additional staff to get that done.)

Please note, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

The pool and landscaping are maintained weekly. All windows and doors from the house surrounding the pool area have alarms. They are checked on a regular basis. Please leave them armed at all times.
