To access the front door, there are about 14 steps to get down to the unit. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian theme furniture with oceanic decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Ceiling fans are furnished throughout the unit to help stay cool. This unit does not have Air Conditioning.

The tropically decorated bedroom includes a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a luxurious walk in shower featuring custom tile work. This ground-floor unit features an expansive lanai with a dining table for 3 and a lounge chair.
