  • Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Nantucket. This delightful property boasts 5 bedrooms, including 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 full bed. With 4 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living room or enjoying the tremendous outdoor space, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

    Please Note:
    The large grassy area behind the house, adjacent to a natural wetland, is currently undergoing restoration work, and is temporarily unavailable for use. The expansive deck remains fully accessible and provides ample space for outdoor enjoyment. The front of the home and driveway are unaffected. Additionally, the property is surrounded by conservation land and a nearby nature path, offering a beautiful setting with plenty of greenery to enjoy.

    Nantucket is a scenic and wonderful island, and it is our hope it offers you the same it offers us, a chance to connect with family, friends, and nature. A chance to relax and enjoy the ocean, the historical downtown, the fresh air and waves. A chance to leave the mainland behind for awhile. Enjoy your stay!

Had a wonderful long weekend on island staying at this property. Beautiful layout, new and clean, located right outside downtown. Tucked away on a peaceful dirt road, perfect for a group of couples.

Great Labor Day Weekend!

Lina was very helpful and responsive throughout the weekend. The house was fantastic and perfectly set up when we arrived. Would absolutely recommend this spot!

Beautiful Property, Ideal for Large Groups

Beautiful property that was perfect for a large group. Immaculate kitchen space with high end appliances, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Some minor maintenance issues (dishwasher was broken upon arrival, along with some windows that wouldn’t open/close) but the host was very responsive to all.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO and would 100% recommend it! The home was gorgeous and looked exactly like the photos — if not better. It was the perfect setup for our group of women, with plenty of space, lots of bathrooms, and an incredible top-of-the-line kitchen that made hanging out and cooking together so easy and fun. The location was also amazing — close enough to walk into town, but also a super quick and easy drive when needed. The host was incredibly helpful, communicative, and flexible throughout the entire process, which made everything seamless and stress-free. We also really appreciated how easy checkout was — no jumping through hoops or completing a million chores before leaving, which made such a difference at the end of the trip. Overall, this home was absolutely perfect for our group, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular stay!

This is an amazing house! It is perfectly appointed. The house is in a quiet part of the island, shrouded in serenity. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were abundant. Our group was extended family from Michigan and Canada, gathering to celebrate my daughter's wedding. This house offered us a chance to be together but with plenty of space. We did not want to leave.

Paradise

We had an awesome time staying at Lina’s house! The property was beautiful, up to date, and conveniently located to all things we had planned for the weekend. Plenty of space for our group, comfortable rooms/beds, and a beautiful kitchen to hang out in. The outside porch was also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Nantucket weather. All of us agreed that we would want to stay here again and will be looking to see if this property is available the next time that we visit Nantucket. Lina was incredibly accommodating and responsive whenever we reached out to her. 100% recommend to anyone visiting Nantucket! Thank you Lina!
