  • Traditional Nantucket Colonial located in Town only a short walk to the center of the Historic center of Town. Very private and abuts the Mill Hill bird sanctuary and conservation area. Private back yard well landscaped. Back deck with gas grill and outdoor shower. Upper deck of Master Bed Room oversees the conservation area. Bike path that connects to Nantucket's extensive bike path network is immediately across Vesper Lane. Modern kitchen. Laundry with washer and dryer. Wi-Fi, cable and streaming TV in living room and bedrooms. Three full bathrooms; master bed room with whirlpool. Centrally located near shopping and restaurants. .

Great option within walking distance to town

We enjoyed our stay. Robert was very communicative. The house had everything we needed. It’s on the outskirts of town, however, there’s a walking path next to the house that provides a direct route into town - probably a 15/20 min walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous weekend here! So responsive to our questions and needs! Was going to let us leave luggage if the house wasn’t ready when we arrived (early) but the cleaners were so kind and let us right in! It was a great location to walk through the path to town and we did so often! The place was clean and had a great outdoor space! Would stay again!

Loved our stay in Nantucket

We loved our stay at this house in Nantucket. It was much larger than expected, with sizable bedrooms and a big backyard. The house was clean and in great condition. The owner was great to communicate with and maybe the check in process seamless. I would highly recommend others to stay here!

Wonderful Nantucket Home

We traveled to Nantucket for a wedding and this was the perfect house to stay in for a group. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still an easy 15 minute walk to the downtown area. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen and living room are great. Robert was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing house, exceeded expectations

This house was much more spacious than the pictures led me to believe and we were very happy with our stay! The house had everything we needed and wasn’t too far from town. The only thing I would say was that I had to ask for the check in and check out instructions from the host, but he was very responsive and the process was easy.

Perfect in Every Way

Can not recommend this house enough! It was in a fantastic location- easy to get everywhere on the island. The house was very clean with everything we could possibly need. It was very spacious and worked well for 4 couples. Check in and out was very easy. If you’re looking to visit Nantucket, look no further!!

Great property but a few issues

The house was very nice and spacious, with a great kitchen, big bathrooms, and mostly private back yard. Beds were very comfortable. However, something was wrong with the plumbing because any time a toilet was flushed, all toilets would belch and splash water around. Also one of the bathroom blinds wasn't attached and falls anytime you touch it.

Hurricane Lee visit

We arrived and were told the ferries would not run. We needed to extend one day. Robert agreed to that. Since the weather was not great we had to take cabs when we hoped we could walk into town. Common rooms worked well when we couldn't go out. Some minor linen updates would improve the overall stay.

Weekend stay for a wedding

Nice, clean house located on somewhat busy street abutting a conservation area. Roomy with nice back yard. Not really a short walk to town - more like 20-25 minutes. We would have appreciated earlier communication on entry to property rather than having to chase it down. Took Ubers to beaches.

Perfect for girls weekend!

We had a great experience with Robert and this property! I agree with other reviews that the pictures don’t do the place justice! Very spacious and open, there were 8 of us and we were very comfortable. Robert was also extremely responsive and accommodating with our check-in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and clean

We stayed here for our wedding with our wedding party. The house was bigger than what it looks in the pictures and we were very comfortable during the stay. The location was good for us since we needed to go to a few mid island locations. You can walk to town as well.

Nice stay on Vesper Lane

My Family enjoyed a first time visit to Nantucket for Thanksgiving while our son was guarding the President. Vesper Lane was accommodating, with big rooms and up to date appliances. The lack of heat on the second floor was a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful home, walking distance to downtown, quiet and peaceful.

Great house with all the comforts of home. All the modern amenities, plenty of space and a wonderful backyard. Walking distance to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle. Excellent host, who truly cares about their guests. Wish we could stay forever! We will definitely rent again.
