Welcome to Ile Feydeau ! This charming flat is located on a former Loire island, situated in the heart of the city of Nantes, in a historic building belonging to the Nantes heritage. Four travelers can stay in this accommodation located on the 3ᵉ floor, accessible by a beautiful stone staircase, without elevator. It comprises a pretty living room, fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. The flat offers all the comforts you need to discover our town, whether for business or pleasure.

The accommodation includes :
- A comfortable living room with a sofa bed (140x200), table, coffee table, TV and Wi-Fi
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. You can easily reach the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, the Mirror of Water and other emblematic Nantes landmarks in just a few minutes' walk.

Public transport :
- By car: you can park in the nearby pay car parks, parking Feydeau 200m away.
- Nearest train station: Gare Nord, ten minutes away by tram.
- Nearest airport: fifteen minutes by car, 30 minutes by public transport.
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.
- C2 C3 bus line-Tram lines 12 and 3 to Hôtel Dieu stop- If you want to hire a car, there are self-service vehicles in Nantes (see www.imarguerite.com for rental conditions).
