No towels were provided. The hot water took a very long time to get hot. The room service was good but the server did not have an opener fro the beer. The schezwan Hakka noodles were excellent. There were many spelling mistakes in the English menu that need to be corrected as it looks bad for the ...

The staff was courteous and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Our room had lake view and it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend this place.

Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location.
