New Listing! Impressive and spacious 3-bedroom lakehouse in Nancy, Ky. Conveniently located one mile from Cumberland Point Boat Ramp and Park. Enjoy getting back to nature and relaxation in this peaceful setting overlooking the lake. Cumberland Haven boasts a commanding view of the lake from above from a grand sundeck, and offers plenty of room for you and your party to spread out for various activities.

This impressive and modern log cabin features soaring ceilings and a relaxed layout. The main living area, kitchen, laundry room, ½ bath, and master bedroom suite are easily accessed on the main floor, which also features a wrap-around covered porch and expansive back sundeck for taking in the views of beautiful Lake Cumberland. Spend evenings relaxing with the family and enjoying alfresco meals on the deck using the six-person table and chairs or move to the firepit for smores and storytelling on a chilly evening.

Cumberland Haven relaxed layout offers a fully-equipped and modern kitchen with all of the necessary bakeware, pots, pans, eating utensils, and dinnerware settings.

The master bedroom, located just off of the main living area, is spacious and provides a king-size bed, walkin closet, and an ensuite full bathroom with separate shower and walk-in tub.

The top/second floor features two bedrooms with (one King and one Queen) and closets, a full bathroom, and a spacious landing area with couch/tv/games for relaxing.

The lower level of the house is accessible via a unique spiral staircase just off of the laundry room and provides additional space for entertaining additional guests with a couch, arcade game, tv, pool table, shuffle board and darts. Please note that the spiral staircase may pose a challenge for those with limited mobility but can also be accessed from the front of the house.

With Cumberland Point Boat Ramp so close, don’t forget to bring your boat or watercraft for enjoying the lake. Popular Connelly Bottoms Marina is just across the the lake for dining and great ice cream! Additionally, Cumberland Point RV Park offers camping, showers, etc. for additional guests.

If you are looking for a peaceful, laid-back place to enjoy your summer on Lake Cumberland, Cumberland Haven is the ideal spot.

Great location towards the end of the peninsula and close to the boat launch. We stayed with family with a total of 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 10. House/property was plenty big enough for everyone and everyone enjoyed their stay. Communication with Chris, the host, was above and beyond and he was excellent to work with. 100% would stay again.

Nice cabin getaway on the lake

It was a nice cabin on the banks of Cumberland. The house was in good shape. The kids loved it, it had plenty of games in the basement and other amenities . We rented a boat one day from Conley bottom marina and they came and picked us up from Cumberland point campground and boat launch which is just 5 minutes west of the cabin.

Beautiful cabin for a secluded getaway

The owners was amazing with being responsive, making sure we was taken care of. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Be sure to get things you need from the grocery store before making the stay. But that’s one of the best parts, not having the traffic and busyness around. We will definitely be staying with this host again in the future.

Weekend getaway at the lake with our grown kids

The cabin was clean and beautiful and convenient to the boat ramp. We loved it! Even the outside trash cans were clean! Cooking for 8 people in the evenings was easy since the kitchen was stocked with more than enough kitchen supplies. It was probably the best supplied rental we’ve ever stayed at. Great stay from start to finish. Zero problems and great communication from the host, Chris. Thankful for the first aid kit too. We will likely book this again next year.

This cabin made our short trip to lake Cumberland so wonderful. It is gorgeous, and extremely well stocked. Chris anticipated your every need.The cabin is large, but still makes for a cozy get away. Views of the lake and the grounds makes just sitting on the deck a peaceful oasis. Chris was so quick to answer any questions. Would rate this cabin a 10 and will definitely be back.
