"L'hotel esg bien situé a 20mn de l'aeroport. La chambre est correcte , la salle de bain est extremement glissante. Le coin piscinne est agreable ,mais manque d'ombre. Le personnel est tres attentionnés. Le restaurant est absolument fantastique, tous les plats sont delicieux et le petit dejeuner est tellement bon, avec des Dosas, des croissants ...etc des fruits, du jeus de canne fait sur place. tout a ete parfait! Je recommande a 100 % cet hotel pour son restaurant . "

"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...

"Fantastic service! All were very courteous, knowledgeable and impeccably dressed. Room service was lightning fast! There was a good assortment of food and it was delicious and fresh. Usually, when I order room service in India many things are not available but that was NOT an issue here. Outstanding rooftop pool area! "It was a very quick stay for me. The hotel was slightly in a tricky location as the area is quite busy. Overall, check-in process was smooth. The staff were very accomodating. Room was clean and well replenished. Would recommend staying here to anyone."

"The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again "
