The space
Downstairs area-4 bedrooms sleeps 10 with access to 2 Bathrooms. The beds of 3 rooms can be set as twin extra long or together as kings. Also has a full size kitchen with small open concept family room.

Main Level- large 1350 sqf. activity, dining, dancing, karaoke, gaming, mingling, celebration room. Comes with seating/ dining for 40, a small serving kitchen and 1 bathroom.

4 small bunkrooms with 2 twins XL each sleeps 8.

Small swimming pond with beach, 12 person swim spa, in ground trampoline, tetherball, and lots of outdoor fun.

Meant to be a smaller more affordable listing for groups. It is in the rear of the redroof farmhouse house which if included with the lodge would sleep 27.

There are also 2 bungalows that can be added to the reservation for an additional booking fee. The redroof farmhouse can be added at anytime. Total 33 beds available on site. + RV hookups. Hosts available onsite.
Guest access
Guest have access to outside areas, basement apartment, bunk-rooms, activity room.

All indoor spaces are private.
Patio behind bungalows is for bungalow guest use only.
No access to farmhouse or loft.

Foyer laundry, parking lot, hot tub, cold plunge pond, mini beach, fire pit are shared spaces.
Other things to note
If parking for more than 11 vehicles is needed, we can rent parking area from the Neighbor for $250. We can valet your group from parking to the farmhouse with our golf cart.
