"We canceled the stay. The room smells very bad, we asked for room change. Even we arrived very early, most people not arrive yet. The guy at the checkin counter didn't allow us to change to other room. He forced us to cancel the stay. It was a terrible experience to us, so sad.And so mad."

"The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. They made accomodations for my elderly mother and ensured all our needs were met. We stayed there during the extremely busy graduation season and the staff treated us with great hospitality and care."

Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. "Hotel was bright and cheery. We stayed there for graduation weekend and there were festive decorations and snacks available as well as a welcome event. The breakfast was plentiful and there was an area to dine outside. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and we loved the kitchenette area. Our original plan was to stay at a more upscale hotel but after experiencing this hotel I would absolutely return."
