1. The buffet breakfast lacked variety—especially in terms of fresh fruit. While one or two common options were available, the spread felt uninspired and inadequate for a hotel of this standard. A more diverse and vibrant selection would not only cater to international palates but also reflect the commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
2. My sister was given very bad room. First the doors to the room did not have dead bolt nobs for extra security. Second, cold showers! I was quite disappointed because my sister was given a room with no hot shower. After a long day of travel, she was looking forward to a warm shower, only to find that the water was consistently cold. Despite adjusting the settings and waiting for several minutes, there was no improvement.
A hot shower is a basic expectation in any hotel stay, and it was frustrating not to have this essential comfort after paying all that money. Four points hurlingham is not to expectation.
I am quite disappointed.
