"Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food with a lot of variety. Excellent security. Walking distance to shopping. My only suggestions are to do occasional deep cleaning to maintain areas like the shower grout, and that the restaurant bring the food and drinks more quickly. Overall, an excellent place to stay. "

"I’ve stayed to ere twice with my dog and my toddler and both times the staff were consistently professional and very courteous, the rooms are great and clean. Great location for business and shopping, but yet peaceful and quiet for rest and relaxation. "

"This was the second time at Clarence House. Overall I will say it's a great place to stay. The staff are always great and willing to go an extra mile to provide any help requested. The restaurant also serves great food. The rooms are clean and spacious. Will definitely return again. "

"Absolutely top-notch service! I highly recommend this place. Every single staff member here went above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate situation (which they didn't need to do, as they were not at fault) Bonus location that they are attached to a mall which makes getting quick items super convenient. Felt safe 100% of the time. As far as the actual stay, the apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and beautiful. "

Not the cleanest, few hairs found and rugs needs hovering. Basics like salt and pepper would have been appreciated. Also microwave didnt work "

"A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack.
Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties.
The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. "
