Leaving dirty dishes or food out attracts bugs, roaches, and spiders. Dishes in your room and at the community kitchen must be washed a put away.

10/10 stay! Tonya was an amazing and accommodating host. The property breathtaking and had all of the amenities mentioned. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay here.

The property is beautiful. The room was perfect for us. Comfortable beds and pillows and everything was very clean. I loved hearing the sounds of nature at night.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We decided to grill out on our last night and use the outdoor kitchen and enjoy the pool. They had everything we needed. If I make it back to Puerto Rico, I will see if this place is available as my first choice.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the tropical rainforest retreat. It was easy to drive down to town in our rental car, the pool looked really nice, the room was spacious and opened onto a balcony where we could hear the sounds of the rainforest. It was nice to be able to walk down to the stream through the coconut trees and relax under the gazebo. We didn’t really stay long enough to use the shared kitchen, but our room had a little coffee maker, microwave, and fridge that we used.

Amazing property located within the El Yunque rain forest. Listening to the sounds of the rain forest while you sleep was one of my favorite things. So relaxing. Also, the host gave us great recommendations for dining and exploring.

Cannot recommend this property enough. This was our second stay and definitely not the last. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, the outdoor kitchen is awesome, pool is wonderful, views are breathtaking, everything about the place is 10/10. Tonya is a fantastic host - book it now and stop looking elsewhere!!

Lovely retreat in the mountains for some peace and quiet, with very comfortable, clean and spacious accommodations. Getting to and from the property on the narrow roads can be a bit challenging if one is not used to driving on such roads. Overall great choice!

Tropical paradise

My girlfriend and I stayed at this restful retreat for 2 days while we explored the east side of the island. The space was clean with everything we needed and the property is absolutely stunning.

Beautiful location in a lush forest with all the conveniences. Easy to locate and close to the National Park. Comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the forest and ocean. Getting through the heavy gate was tricky. Nice supply of drinking water and snacks. The very large pool was clean and inviting. No TV or WiFi. Bring food supplies if you want to prepare meals. But I didn’t care for the shared cooking area.

A True Gem in the Rainforest. STAY HERE!

What an amazing stay! Beautiful lodging, and a drop dead gorgeous view from every single step of the property. However big you are picturing the pool, it’s bigger and it’s great knowing the hosts are on-site. Can’t wait to recommend this to family, friends and any stranger who will listen.

Wonderful location that is close to restaurants and grocery stores, but also very private. The grounds are serene and beautiful in the rainforest. The pool was a highlight for us. The room is comfortable and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Host was communicative but gave us our privacy. Would definitely stay again!

This stay was amazing. The property is well maintained, clean, and cozy. The hosts were very accommodating and helped us reschedule our time when an issue arose. The pool is beautiful and the views spectacular. There are many things to do in the area, but just relaxing at the property is also wonderful. Highly recommend.

PEACEFUL!!

If you are looking for a quiet, amazing stay ALMOST inside of the rainforest, here it is!!!! AND.....it has a beautiful pool as well. I will be back and will likely stay longer!!! The host/owner is also amazing and very attentive to the grounds. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT...

Wonderful stay!

Loved the location in the rain forest. Extremely relaxing surrounded by nature. Tanya was very helpful with ideas for hikes and other activities and was there if needed. We would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return soon!

Gorgeous lodge in the jungle

This property is so quaint and clean. Despite its relatively remote location we went to dinner, beaches and hiked to a waterfall all within 15 minutes. The estate is so peaceful and the room was simple and clean, and we enjoyed our time here very much.
