The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

We can't wait to show you our newly remodeled and refreshed look! Comfortable furnishings and expansive ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and the twenty-four foot wide balcony await you. We are centrally located to many great local attractions including Jennette’s Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey’s Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the Laura Barnes shipwreck at Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, Wright Brothers’ first flight site, and The Lost Colony outdoor drama. And we are just one mile away from the start of Cape Hatteras National Seashore – Seventy miles long with access to undeveloped beaches, nature preserves, and the beloved historic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. We are so close to seclusion and nature yet only minutes from fine and casual dining, shopping, and so much more!

Marilyn and Richard, the owners, want your vacation to be relaxing and as activity-filled as you wish. We have assembled a team to simplify the details. So pack your clothes and we can help you with the rest. Our on-site caretakers, Mike and Lisa are the epitome of southern hospitality.

I’m Joe Danza, your Co-Host. Think of me as your concierge. I’ll be here to answer any questions you may have - from planning your trip through the end of your vacation. I’ve been coming to the Outer Banks for over a decade and love helping guests discover the attractions and experiences that make the Outer Banks so special. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your vacation is one to be remembered!

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 5):
• The Master Bedroom has a king bed and has its own dedicated master bath with large step-in shower. Also a flat screen TV.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed, with direct access to a full bathroom. Also a flat screen TV.

This condo did not disappoint! The unit was clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. The views from the large balcony, beautiful! The location is perfect, with its quiet, peaceful beach, right in your backyard, and multiple top-rated restaurants and activities close by. The caretakers, Mike and Lisa, were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Condo with great beach access. But outside of building is dated and in need of upgrades.

The inside of the condominium was great. Updated and clean. The master bath was really nice. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was good and had sufficient cookware etc. The balcony was great and had a good view of the ocean. The location was good. Short drive to stores and restaurants. Beach access was great. The only drawbacks are the grounds and the outside areas. The property is very outdated. Needs significant upgrades and repairs. Elevator was broke for most of the week which was really inconvenient staying on the 3rd floor. Saw a repair guy early in the week but did not see him back. Needless to say carrying beach chairs and equipment up and down 4 flights was inconvenient. Also there was very loud repair work going on to repair an elevated concrete walkway on the first floor. It was not relaxing when that was going on. The pools were okay. The pool water was chilly early in the week. Pools are not heated. This was our first time to OBX if we returned would probably find other accommodations now that we are familiar with the area. The condo itself was nice just expected different from the grounds of the building and the pools. And the elevator to work.

Spring Break Refreshment

Beautiful condo on the best slice of ocean beach! Perfect sunrise, peaceful and the accommodations were perfect! Conveniently near activity but a haven from the busyness of the world from the back deck! The master bath shower was definitely a highlight!! We picked a week that was chilly and had a good storm but it didn’t ruin the relaxation of this condo! Indoors or out … so refreshing! Only downside was the pool was not open yet but being so chilly, unless it were heated, wouldn’t have spent much time there with the 50 degree weather. Would definitely stay again!

Great OB location

This was our first visit to any place on the NC Outer Banks. I picked Nags Head since it was central and seemed to have a lot of things that would still be open off season. Directions and check in info was great - nice to get specific info on how to find the unit in the building! The condo was clean and beautiful, nicely furnished (OMG the couch was SO comfy!) I loved the beachy decor, esp the picture over the DR table. We loved just watching the ocean and seeing the sunrise a few mornings, if we were up early enough. A couple of suggestions:1) Pls have housekeeping leave the starter rolls of TP actually IN the bathroom! First thing I did when we got in was to use the bathroom - NO TP - it was on the kitchen counter. I guess it was left there for visibility, but not convenience!2). the listing says there is a coffee maker. It's a keurig and we didn't have (and don't buy) k cups. I did find a regular coffee maker/pot in the way back of one cabinet, but there were no coffee filters. So we couldn't make coffee. Minor detail - we did have some instant Starbucks Via coffee with us, just for these situations. Everything else was great - if we come back to OBX, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Get-away

This property is very clean, comfortable and ocean front! The owners are very responsive and helpful. Check in is also easy. The only slight disappointment was that the fireplace listed is decorative only. We did have a wonderful time and look forward to renting again in the future!

Short but sweet

We only got to stay one night due to a water leak in the wall and no hot water. The condo is beautiful! The owner, Joe, Mike & Lisa were absolutely wonderful, within a few hours we were moved to another condo on the first floor. They were so understanding and their kindness was very much appreciated by the whole experience. Thank you for making our trip great even tho we didn’t spend it in your condo.

Overall good. A few comments: 1.The elevator certainly needs to be replaced. It broke down a couple of times. 2. I would recommend dedicated parking spaces for each unit. 3. Would have liked some dry stuff to be in the pantry ( such as tea, coffee, salt and sugar). 4. The three seater couch is in poor condition.

Amazing rental right on the beach

Our family of 4 loved our one-week vacation at this condo! The views from the balcony are beautiful and unobstructed. The location itself is quiet and peaceful. Close to everything you could possibly want or need!

Great little spot for a beach getaway

We had a great week at this property— can’t beat the location and we were happy with the amenities. The kids loved the convenience of the pool and being steps from the beach. We did arrive to a dishwasher full of dishes to be unloaded (they were at least clean and dry) and a primary shower clogged full of a previous renters hair which caused the water to back up and pool in the tub. Both issues easily resolved and nothing that would keep us from staying in this unit again. We would recommend staying here without hesitation and hope to be back sometime soon!

Top floor oceanfront condo

This location was very convenient to everything. It was clean, comfortable, and the large deck was very private with an awesome view of the ocean and Jennette's Pier. It offered covered parking on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. The elevator was a must-have for our situation. Overall, this was a great condo.
