    Just Beachy es una elegante unidad de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños con vista a las canchas de tenis en la subdivisión The Quay en el corazón de Nags Head. Esta casa está a solo pasos de la pasarela privada que lo llevará a la espectacular piscina, al Memorial Day-Labor Day o a la gloriosa playa, ¡puede elegir qué cuerpo de agua desea disfrutar primero!

    Cuando regrese de la playa o la piscina, puede disfrutar del almuerzo o la cena en la mesa del comedor de estilo granja con capacidad para seis, o su propia Happy Hour desde el bar. Si quiere comer al aire libre, el balcón de la sala de estar tiene una mesa elevada con un refrigerador incorporado.

    El plan de piso abierto asegura que nadie quede fuera de la conversación. Incluso si está utilizando la cocina bien equipada, aún puede disfrutar de conversaciones con familiares o amigos. Este condominio familiar tiene una estantería completamente surtida, un armario de DVD y un estante para juegos para noches animadas y ocasionales días lluviosos.

Such a wonderful relaxing place. Plenty of room for the family. And so close to the beach. We will definitely stay there again

Awesome Spot

We absolutely had a blast staying at this beautiful home. The location was awesome, proximity to the beach, and access to the community pool made our stay in OBX amazing. Everything in the condo was clean and functioning as it should. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was very clean and well-stocked for a renter. It was very quiet and I felt like I was at home. Would definitely rent this property again! Communication was great too and check in was seamless.

End of summer - family vacation

The trip was awesome. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. We were steps from the beach and pool and there were a ton of great restaurants along with golf and shopping nearby. Thankfully, we did not need to visit the hospital that was right across the street. But it was nice knowing it there (given the tendencies of my daughter and me)

Hurricane Dorian

The accommodations were very nice however we had a mandatory evacuation. We did not have insurance so we are not getting a refund . I think we should have been offered some kind of reimbursement maybe not full payment but partial or given a voucher to stay at another location in the future.

Awesome Couples Weekend

We had a fabulous time with a couple of old classmates and their spouses. The location is absolutely the best. Easy walk to beach, lots of shopping around and great restaurants. We will definitely rent again in the future! Thanks for sharing "Just Beachy" !

Steps from the sand!

This is our 2nd time staying at this KEES location and we love it! Beach and pool just steps away. Love sitting on patio and listening to the ocean. We love this property!

Could not have asked for anything better!

My family rented this condo July 2019. We were all more than pleased. Very clean, neat and spacious. As far as kitchen gadgets and utensils, you name it our condo had it! (Blender, mixers, wine cooler, etc!) Now...the location. It was exactly as described. Just a walk out of the door, and up a few steps right ahead was the ocean and not too far from dining!! You won’t go wrong at this property.

Beautiful condo, right on the beach. Love that it’s an end unit.

Very easy rental with Kees Rental. This is our 2nd time renting with Kees. Love that you receive a concierge letter detailing any question you might ask as well as the email that offers things to do as well as beach equipment rental. Check in process is a breeze since it’s a door code and you never have to worry about a key.

Really nice place! Decorated and appointed very well. Plenty of room for six. Easy to relax here!! Easy access to the beach, nice pool and it's in a great location. Plenty of restaurants, activities, shopping, grocery store and even a hospital are all very close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, well furnished, and very clean and comfortable!

The location was very convenient, with the beach just a set of stairs away, and the pool just another complex or so over. A shopping center with food options and a grocery store was a 2 minute drive away to pick up any necessary supplies. The interior looked well maintained and clean, offering a very comfortable stay. Air conditioning was cold, hot water was hot, and the internet with wifi and basic cable TV was quite welcome. The only complaint I can think of was about the very cute metal dolphin knobs for the kitchen cabinets. They were very painful to quickly grip onto, and several of us yelped in momentary pain by being poked by the pointy tail fins. Definitely not a showstopper, but a warning to interested parties to just take care when opening the cabinets!

It was fabulous

The only reason to give it a 4 star is there was a water main break - and we did not have running water for 6 hours. But apart from that a great Condo, awesome beach access, central to OBX.
