A Chance For Total Relaxation, Beautiful Sunsets, Beach, Pool, & Golf Access!

  • The cottage has just been renovated in 2016. It is a multi-level home. The master suite is on the first level with a private en suite bath and private porch only accessible from the master. Two bedrooms are on the second level with a full hall bath and laundry. On the third level is the living area with an open floor plan, which includes the kitchen, dining and seating areas. There is a porch off of this level that overlooks the 13th hole of the championship golf course at the Village of Nag Head.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the items needed to prepare and serve meals. There is a gas grill and outdoor shower. All of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs and Direct TV. The cottage also has wireless internet (the passcode is posted on the refrigerator). The cottage is equipped with a phone with unlimited long-distance access.

    Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. Linens and towels are not standard, but can be provided upon request. Upcharge as follows: Beds made upon arrival + 2 sets of towels is $25/bedroom or $75 if all 3 used. Make your own beds, (sheets & towels in room) is $15/bedroom or $45 if all 3 bedrooms used.

The house was everything that was described and did not disappoint us in any way. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool which is a very nice club atmosphere and the private beach access there was definitely a plus. Having the grill to cook a couple meals was very nice as well. We would most definitely stay here again.

Fabulous cottage and host!

Family Vacation 2025

This location was perfect for our family. Minutes away from the beach, Village clubhouse was top notch and a great option when you want to be in the water but not beach. House layout is nice for privacy should you need a minute to yourself. The owner was very nice and readily available if needed. We will be back again in 2026!

Wonderful vacation !!

Loved this house ! Location was perfect and had access to the country club with beach access best of both worlds !! The owner was so responsive when we had a small issue with the sink. This is a perfect family getaway !

Convenient Location

A short walk to the sound (across the golf course) for morning coffee and sunsets. Super close to the stores and restaurants. Becky was so friendly and helpful.

Geat location and clean property

Great location just off the main road...close to everything but the house is not in a busy area. The listing does make it sound like you can see the golf course but the trees behind the houses in this area block all views of the course. Overall...great place to stay...great location and a very clean property.
