  • La casa ha sido renovado en el año 2016. Se trata de una casa multinivel. El dormitorio principal está en el primer nivel con un baño privado en suite y terraza privada sólo se puede acceder desde el maestro. Dos dormitorios están en el segundo nivel con una sala de baño completo y lavadero. En el tercer nivel se encuentra la sala de estar con una planta libre, que incluye las áreas de cocina, comedor y de estar. Hay un porche fuera de este nivel que da al hoyo 13 del campo de golf de campeonato en el pueblo de Nag Head.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos necesarios para preparar y servir comidas. Hay una parrilla de gas y ducha al aire libre. Todos los dormitorios y el salón tienen televisores de pantalla plana y Direct TV. La casa también cuenta con conexión inalámbrica a Internet (el código de acceso se publica en el refrigerador). La cabaña está equipada con un teléfono con acceso a larga distancia ilimitada.

    alquileres semanales son de domingo a domingo. Ropa de cama y toallas no son estándar, pero pueden ser disponibles bajo petición. Tasa extra de la siguiente manera: Camas hechas a la llegada + 2 juegos de toallas es $ 25 / dormitorio o $ 75 si todos los 3 utilizadas. Second time staying at this beach house. We really enjoy coming back each year. Great communication with the host and the pool and beach access is a super short drive away. Highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious! The hostess was very communicative and even went out of her way to try to get us in a little earlier than check-in. Much appreciated!Bonus…the neighbors in that community were incredibly friendly as well. We’re looking forward to booking again in the future!

The property was clean and as advertised. The location was great. We were disappointed about two things: first, there was a charge for linens and second, the home was advertised as having a gas grill. The grill was missing a wheel causing it to stand leaning to one side to the point it couldn't be used. Also, it was sold old, dusty, greasy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It was absolutely disgusting and is beyond being able to be used. This was very disappointing as we love to grill. There also was a charcoal grill but we didn't want to buy a bag of charcoal or have to wait for the charcoal to be ready.

The house was everything that was described and did not disappoint us in any way. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool which is a very nice club atmosphere and the private beach access there was definitely a plus. Having the grill to cook a couple meals was very nice as well. We would most definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location due to the access to the community fishing pier in the sound and the easy access to the charter boat harbors.

Fabulous cottage and host!

The pet friendly cottage was emaculately kept, beautiful and spacious! Our host attended to every detail with such thoughtfulness in mind! This cottage is a lovely residence to return to again and again!

Family Vacation 2025

This location was perfect for our family. Minutes away from the beach, Village clubhouse was top notch and a great option when you want to be in the water but not beach. House layout is nice for privacy should you need a minute to yourself. The owner was very nice and readily available if needed. We will be back again in 2026!

Wonderful stay in OBX

Becky’s cottage was perfect for our family vacation! The proximity to the beach and sound was amazing. We appreciated the dog-friendliness. The house made for a fun week for humans and pups alike! Thanks Becky!
