A Chance For Total Relaxation, Beautiful Sunsets, Beach, Pool, & Golf Access!

The cottage has just been renovated in 2016. It is a multi-level home. The master suite is on the first level with a private en suite bath and private porch only accessible from the master. Two bedrooms are on the second level with a full hall bath and laundry. On the third level is the living area with an open floor plan, which includes the kitchen, dining and seating areas. There is a porch off of this level that overlooks the 13th hole of the championship golf course at the Village of Nag Head.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the items needed to prepare and serve meals. There is a gas grill and outdoor shower. All of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs and Direct TV. The cottage also has wireless internet (the passcode is posted on the refrigerator). The cottage is equipped with a phone with unlimited long-distance access.

Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. Linens and towels are not standard, but can be provided upon request. Upcharge as follows: Beds made upon arrival + 2 sets of towels is $25/bedroom or $75 if all 3 used. Make your own beds, (sheets & towels in room) is $15/bedroom or $45 if all 3 bedrooms used.

The house was everything that was described and did not disappoint us in any way. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool which is a very nice club atmosphere and the private beach access there was definitely a plus. Having the grill to cook a couple meals was very nice as well. We would most definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation 2025

This location was perfect for our family. Minutes away from the beach, Village clubhouse was top notch and a great option when you want to be in the water but not beach. House layout is nice for privacy should you need a minute to yourself. The owner was very nice and readily available if needed. We will be back again in 2026!

Beautiful home in a great location. The owners are very responsive. Many little things need to be updated or repaired. I suggest the owners spend a few nights there to be able to see what needs to be done. Many things can be overlooked on a walk through. The top of the stovetop was cracked which I didn’t even notice until the first time I cooked and immediately alerted the owner to.

Fabulous cottage and host!

The pet friendly cottage was emaculately kept, beautiful and spacious! Our host attended to every detail with such thoughtfulness in mind! This cottage is a lovely residence to return to again and again!

Wonderful vacation !!

Loved this house ! Location was perfect and had access to the country club with beach access best of both worlds !! The owner was so responsive when we had a small issue with the sink. This is a perfect family getaway !

Great Family Beach Stay!

The cottage was very nice and well equipped! Easy to find in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house has been updated since the photos were taken and it is very nice! The back deck view is covered by a lot of trees so you cannot see the golf course any more. Perfect for a quick trip to OBX!

Pleasantly Surprised!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just right for us- clean and comfy. It was a quick drive/walk to the store and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised that the pool is at an ocean front club (with food and bar) that included beach access. The furniture has also been updated since the pictures were taken. The back is much more grown than the pictures- you can no longer see the golf course…which wasn’t a big deal. Check in was a breeze with a simple door code but the directions still say to call (with an old number) which you don’t need to do. The sound side access is close by and nice as well. The owner has great communication and is very nice. We especially liked that we were able to bring our dog with us. I highly recommend this house!

Nice House at Nags Head

We enjoyed our stay at this nice cottage. Our host Becky was very helpful and prompt in returning our call and driving over to assist us with a minor issue. The house was nicely appointed and very clean. Our only suggestions are to replace the shower curtain in the bath on the second floor, add a curtain in the master bath window, and insert some graphite in the front door lock. These are very minor issues, and we will definitely book this house again. Thanks Becky

We didn’t want to leave!

Great location. Close to the community pool and beach access. Quiet neighborhood. House is modest, but clean and comfortable. Beware of the cactus in the back of the house, and the grass along the road that has burrs. Our corgi was not bothered by the burrs, but our little labradoodle had several after every walk. They are hard to remove and painful on the fingertips. I would definitely stay again, but wouldn’t bring the dogs.
