Nafplio Veranda apartment

  • Our fully renovated apartment is located in the New Town of Nafplio. The apartment includes a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a very large veranda with panoramic view. Private parking is also available for you during your stay.

    Our 80 sq.m (861 sq.f) apartment is situated at the 2nd floor of a two-house building, in a quiet neighborhood in the New Town of Nafplio. It is located 1.9km from the center of the Old Town (5 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking distance).
    It includes a living room with a large sitting area and a 32” TV connected to a DVD player. The corner couch in the living room can also be used as a double bed (1.40m width) upon request. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, full size electric oven with ceramic cooktop, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee machine.
    Both bedrooms are equipped with high quality King Koil U.S. mattresses, feather quilts, luxury linens, large closets, boudoir dressing tables with mirrors and night stands. The first bedroom includes a double bed (1.60m width) and its dressing table can also be used as a home office. The second bedroom includes two single beds (0.90m width) that can also be joined to a one king size double bed (1.80m width) upon request. The bathroom is fully equipped with towels, soaps, shower gels and hair dryer.

    The veranda is the highlight of our apartment. It is the best spot to begin your day taking your breakfast, or to finish your day enjoying a glass of wine. The panoramic view, from Palamidi fortress to the mainland’s mountains, will offer you the peace and relaxation that one seeks from a vacation home.

    For families with children, we provide special amenities for our little friends, upon request, such as baby crib, high chair, changing table and baby diner sets. The apartment is equipped with child proof electric plugs.

    Please note that elevator is not available in the building.

Perfect place to stay in Nafplio

The appartment is very comfortable, the terrace gorgeous. It really looks like in the pictures.Even though we didn't meet our hosts in real life, the contact was easy and all our questions were answered very fast and solutions were found.We loved our stay in this quiet place and hope to go back.

A terrace to die for in a perfect location

What a lovely place, and nicely away from the tourist hotspot of Nafplion but an easy stroll into the old town. Parking spot made the place hassle free and so easy to hop into the car and head out to the many great places to visit. Clear winner was the Luosios Gorge. We parked at the bottom by Ancient Gortys and it was a 4 hour return hike up to all three monasteries. Breathtaking ( literally) but exquisite and a day to remember. The terrace was what made us pick this place and it made our stay. We lived out there, venturing inside for cooking, sleep, fridge and yes you guessed it. The apartment is quite minimal but its all there. `best of all was all the great shops, tavernas, bars and stalls on the way to the city, so much so that we mostly stopped going into Nafplion as the food, bars etc locally were just as good, cheaper and frequented by locals rather than tourists which added to the vibe. Always prefer living in the community even on holiday and try and let a place inhabit you. Makis and Marinias place did this and thank you for letting us share it Totally enjoyable.

Sehr nette geschmackvoll eingerichtete moderne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Optimal für 4 Personen, gut ausgestattete Küche, überall Fliegenschutz, Verschattung. Super schöne große Terrasse mit tollem Blick. Etwas abgelegen von der Innenstadt (20 min Fußweg), aber Lage ruhig und Anbindung an Straßennetz optimal. Kommen sehr gern wieder!

Tout simplement top

Appartement confortable, spacieux, propre, bien situé (15 minutes à pied du port et du centre ville), bien équipé et spacieux avec une terrasse exceptionnelle (aménagement et dimension d'environ 80m² !). Il est situé dans les hauteurs de la ville, au calme, dans une petite une rue en impasse et à faible passage. L'endroit est idéal pour 4 personnes. En raison du Covid, nous n'avons pas eu de contact direct avec les propriétaires mais ils ont eu la gentillesse de prendre régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour savoir si tout allait bien. Bravo et merci à eux. Tout était parfait.

Schönes Appartement am Rand von Nafplio

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Appartement war sauber und wie beschrieben. Ein großes Plus ist die Dachterrasse. Die Küche ist gut eigerichtet und verfügt auch über eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen. Das Appartement liegt an einer Stichstraße am Rand von Nafplio. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Ansonsten eignet sich das Appartement hervorragend für Ausflüge nach Mykene, Epidauros und Korinth. Am Tag der Abreise ist leider die Wasserversorgung zusammengebrochen, so dass wir das Appartement chaotisch hinterlassen mussten.

Appartement avec une vue superbe

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très propre et avec une superbe terrasse. La communication avec nos hôtes était facile et nous les remercions pour leur souplesse et leur réactivité. La place de parking est appréciable. Nauplie est une charmante ville Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour et recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

Great place to stay at Nauplie

The apartement was up of our expectation We have to walk15-20 minutes to be in the old Nauplie but when we want to visit Epidaure we were not bother by the traffic I recommand this apartement it was great and Thank you to Marina and Makis to us their apartement
