  • Welcome to Yacht Club Villas #1-1005, a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo situated on the 10th floor of Building one in Barefoot Resort. Whether you're seeking relaxation by the beach or looking to hit the golf course, this property offers all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation. Conveniently located in NMB, Barefoot Resort is surrounded by a plethora of activities and attractions to enhance your stay.

    The condo boasts a spacious kitchen area complete with a generous breakfast bar overlooking the dining room and living areas, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Equipped with a comprehensive selection of appliances, the kitchen is fully stocked, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease.

    You'll discover two primary suites, each furnished with a king bed and featuring its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the third bedroom offers ample space with two queen beds and a private bathroom for added convenience.

    The living room presents a large flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding with your favorite shows or sports events. Step out onto the balcony, accessible from the living room, and savor your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail while taking in the refreshing views. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV for your entertainment.

    A short walk from the property, Yacht Club Villas presents a spacious pool area for your enjoyment. Access to the pool requires a pool pass, and our team can provide you with further details on any restrictions. Additionally, there is a grill area available for your use, allowing you to indulge in some outdoor cooking.

    Situated just across the Waterway, Barefoot Landing offers an array of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Take in a captivating show at The House of Blues, savor a glass of wine at Duplin Winery, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area.

    Please note that all guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at our property. A responsible adult over the age of 25 must be present at all times. Smoking, pets, motorcycles, and golf carts are not permitted on the premises. During the prime season, there is a minimum stay of 4 nights. For your peace of mind, on-site nighttime security is provided. Only 2 parking passes allowed.

Spacious and nice pool

Very spacious and the pool was very nice, although it closed at 6 pm. It was not as clean as it should have been and the couch cushions were falling apart. Over all it was nice and we had a good time.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: My unit was very spacious. It had everything we needed to function as a large family. It was clean and the pool area was nice. Con: Property Management need to do more to maintain exterior areas. We saw roaches a few times in the outside corridor and it needs paint and more care to make it appealing. I would stay here again

The Villa we stayed in was perfect for the two families we had staying in it. we had great privacy, and the location was perfect for getting to the ballpark and also for the restaurants! Our kids absolutely loved the pool and the huge grass play area around the pool. We really loved the restaurant we could walk to even after long day at the ballfield the restaurant offered later hours to get all of boys feed well. We want to recognize a certain Security guard that was so kind to us. He was great guy and I hope your HOA recognizes him for being an outstanding employee!! His name was Edward.

Ok experience

Location and access to property was nice. However, condo was not very clean--dirty floors and carpeting. Felt like it had not been cleaned after last residents. Needs updated, not enough towels for 8 guests, will not book again.

This comdo is spacious. It’s dated and needs painted. The beds need replaced and the toilets are for elementary children. The toilets clogged the whole stay. The poolIs owned by someone else and the staff there are rude and too many rules. We won’t be back.

As advertised

No major issues with the property. Could address a couple miner items... couch cushions starting to deteriorate, one dinning room chair in need of tightening up, no ice cream scoop in kitchen and the property could probably use a new coat of paint, but all in all it was clean and a very good place to stay.
