Waterway Condo Getaway near Ocean - Sleeps 6

Enjoy a nice quiet relaxing atmosphere in a gated community on the Intercoastal Waterway in the heart of Ocean Drive. This newly renovated condo is perfectly located close to Main Street where you can enjoy the excitement of Thursday night live bands, old time ice cream, or dining out of family owned restaurants.

This condo sits on the second floor with a view of the community pool. It consist of beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen with enough seating at the bar to seat four people. Washer and Dryer are located in the kitchen area. The living room has a mounted flat screen TV, pull out sofa bed, and two recliners. It opens up to the screened in porch where you can sit and relax with a view of the pool and partial view of the waterway. The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and also opens up to the screen in porch. This room has it's own private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom consist of a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. There is a full size bathroom located beside the bedroom that can be used from the living area as well.

If you are boater, there is a place for boat parking. A boat landing to intercoastal waterway is just a few minutes up the road. There are also 5 small docks out in the community on the waterway for fishing or grilling. The ocean is conveniently located only one mile away from the condo for all the beach goers.

We had a wonderful experience at Waterway Condo! The space was beautifully decorated, and very clean. The location was perfect, and close in distance to food, entertainment, and shopping! Beautiful long weekend!!

This condo was an excellent choice for our long weekend getaway, the inside was very clean and cozy. Beds and furniture were comfortable. There is a nice view of the pool, made it easy to keep track of the kids.

Family Reunion

Perfect location

We came down for a softball tournament and it was the perfect location! We were a short distance to the field AND the beach. Could not have asked for more. Cathy was great with communication and checked in often! Would def stay again!

Just right size for 4 people.

Great location and clean condo. It had two pools which was nice. The smaller one we had pretty much to ourselves. It was very close to all kind of attractions. It was also close enough to Broadway. Would like to stay there again.

Our Waterway Visit

This condo was comfortable & we loved having breakfast on the balcony. It was nice to have two bathrooms and a walk in shower. Kitchen was more than adequate but could use an upgrade in the cookware & can opener. The location was great for being close to shopping, restaurants & mini golf!! The owners were easy to communicate with & very responsive. Looking forward to our next stay!

This property was perfect! It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The pictures do not do the rental justice. The owners made doing business easy. I would stay in this unit again. My husband loved it as well as our daughters. The location is great!

Myrtle Beach Softball Tournament

I was in town for my daughter's spring break college softball tournament. My stay was wonderful. The condo was cozy, clean, and in a great location. Cathy was extremely welcoming and even took time to have a welcome message waiting when I arrived. She really put thought into the small but important things that made my stay more like a home away from home for me. It wasy first time traveling without my husband and I felt very safe. I will look forward to staying again the next time I come to the area

The Cozy Condo is a Gem!

Everything was perfect. Condo was especially clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to enjoy and relax on our vacation. Nice pool area and screened in porch. Quiet and comfortable. Beautiful property

These accommodations are far better than any resort or hotel. Very convenient to local attractions and less than a mile from the beach. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our daughter loved playing the Wii game console every night to relax. We will definitely have this as our #1 option for any future trips to the area!
