Waterforde - the jewel of the south strand. Situated ocean front a couple of miles south of the Garden City Pier. Peaceful and serene. #302 was updated in January 2020 with new flooring and living room furniture. A walk-in shower makes this property unique. 1 queen bed, 2 singles and a sleeper sofa will accommodate your family of 6. Pool and ocean views from the balconies off of the living area and master bedroom. Departure cleaning is included. Rent or bring your own linens. See you this summer! Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

Waterforde is located 2.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This four-story complex offers units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and oceanside pool. Pack your beach bags and enjoy the sandy beaches and laid-back atmosphere this location provides. Go for a swim in the outdoor pool, which is open Easter to November 1 or take a short walk down to the beach and relax. Waterforde's amenities include a gated parking lot, outdoor grilling area, elevator, and complimentary Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. **Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking underneath the building and are to be parked exclusively in the parking area adjacent to the fence. Vehicle charging is also prohibited. Non-compliance will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

Vaca time

We loved the condo, the kitchen and bathrooms were great, the balcony was great, only thing the mattress was terrible, like sleeping in a ditch, we put a blank blanket down the middle, it helped but need a new one.Sofa was a little loved as well.If the mattress gets replaced we will probably stay again.You may want to know that we did not see the pool get cleaned all week.But overall a nice place.

It was wonderful! The candle was beautiful, everything you would need was supplied, and lots of extras just for comfort. The homeowner was easy to get a hold of, super friendly, and very helpful.

Nice short stay.

This condo was nicely decorated and very clean. I didnt appreciate a very plasticy mattress cover that wasnt comfortable. I brought k-cups because it showed one in the picture but there was only drip. The outside of this building is a little rundown but the parking area is very clean.

Amazing week at the Beach

My husband and I found the property a perfect fit our Murrells Inlet get-away. It was just the two of us, but the 2nd bedroom & bathroom gave us the option to invite family for an overnight. We flew from New England so did not have the luxury of bringing kitchen/cooking supplies or beach amenities like beach chairs or umbrellas. Because packing those things was limited for us, I wish the condo had been better equipped. (coffee filters, paper towels/toilet paper, hair dryer, beach towels). We loved the balcony seating and usually spent our time there when at the condo. The furnishings and decor appointments were modern and comfortable, and perfectly befitting a beach stay. The condo is very close to cute lunch & dinner spots in Surfside and Murrells Inlet Marshwalk and wonderful seafood dining with hospitable staff at The Gulfstream Cafe right across the street. This is a perfect location for catching the sunrise or sunset, and for walking on the beach (we did about 50 beach walking miles!). We can’t wait to go back!

Oceanfront. Getaway

Clean, new furnishings, everything we needed for a week-long stay with our 23 year old daughter. Location is great with the serenity we wanted yet still close to Garden City and Murrrel’s Inlet Marshwalk. Bathrooms were a bit dated, however fine for our needs. Common areas are in need of updated carpeting and some paint. No smart TV so be sure to bring an HDMI cable if you want to port Amazon or Netflix to the TV from your computer.
