We got into our room and immediately found it to be extremely dirty gross,wife spent almost 3 hours cleaning unit, food all over floor and smeared on furniture,excessive mold around AC vents,beds horrible and felt like you were sleeping on a wrestling mat,hair all over,main toilet was broke and instead of fixing the flapper valve they just turned water off,cookware was covered in food from previous renters,overall unit was overall disgusting. Main patio door was so bad it would barely open. Wife took pictures of unit as she cleaned . also we were locked out of our unit within a few hours after getting in the unit and thank god our daughter was in unit to let us in and. I also had to call on Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,wednesday to get a new door code because at around 11am old code was deactivated. Also pictures of unit and its ocean view were not even close.very very disappointed. Our vacation turned out to be more of a headache and stressful than ever. We have been staying at seawatch for 7 years and this was worse vacation.

Great vacation

Excellent location at well maintained property & resort. Only hiccup was we got locked out of our room because we were provided keys and a door code, and we did not realize that the keys do not work (you have to use the code instead, which we had left in the condo). A phone call to the emergency line and we were able to be let in fairly quickly. Never did figure out what the keys were actually intended for. Nevertheless, a great stay. Would stay here again and would recommend.
